While we waited, they made us feel at home in their waiting room... two very tired adults, two large dogs, and two cats! They even gave our dogs treats (and asked permission first!). They had us up & running in less than 3 hours, and we were able to make it to our destination before dark! Especially since our price tag of & $1100 (4 tires due to AWD need to change them all) didn't make them anymore eager to help us out.

Pulled into Graham's (at lunch hour on Memorial Day weekend, no less) and this place got me right in. They fixed my leak (caused by a small nail) and i was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. All for $20 bucks!!! They also had a nice, clean establishment (including restrooms) and a waiting area stocked with beverages, snacks, coffee, etc.

In May we took a car in for tires and had an oil change done. They had to order the air filter so sent our son home to come back later for it. As soon as he left the shop the check engine light came on. Called them and went back. Tech said they forgot to put the old air filter in so he should be fine now. We have had problems since and ultimately it was determined that we need a new engine. Manley is stating that there is NO way they did not put the filter in; they don't make mistakes like that and they have no idea why their employee would have said that but talked to him. The camera footage was already destroyed so they can't show us it was put in either. Had an employee say they were busy and that's when mistakes get made but the owner assures us it didn't happen and as long as that's what he says then it's our problem. Interesting when you read all the errors they make and how they have never filed with the BBB. The owner told us incorrect information regarding his insurance company and then dropped communication. He did file a claim with his insurance, but as long as he stands by it not being their fault then insurance is useless. Had car towed to another shop and video footage shows gouging in the cylinder. I'm not a mechanic but what I have learned is that debris can cause gouging and debris can get in an engine from an air filter being left out so if a car goes in with no issues as confirmed by their diagnostics but leaves with engine problems it seems VERY likely something happened during that service appointment. It seems much less likely that an engine that was fine, had 87k miles just broke down within a couple of miles of leaving their shop coincidentally like the owner is telling us. Overall I am disappointed in the service I received. I had Glen's put new tires on my CBR600RR, as…read morewell as install a new cam chain tensioner. I supplied the parts myself. While they did install both items, after doing so they did not call me. I called to see if they were finished and they already had, but did not contact me. When I picked up my bike the tip of my key was bent, to the extent that it did not fit into my cylinder correctly. I did not notice this until I got home as my key was already in the cylinder when I got it. Upon further inspection when I got home, my chain was far too tight, and had only approximately half an inch of slack at the loosest point. In the area where they installed my cam chain tensioner, there were many scratches around the area, presumably from them removing the old one (it is a tight area to work in). In conclusion I wish I had a more pleasurable experience, but I will likely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
