I have long wavy hair and I specifically asked for a trim at no more than 50% of the length cut one size all around and the barber cut 90% off and tapered the sides which I did not ask for. And when I showered at home noticed the top was not even at all. Would not recommend if you want anything outside of a standard cut. read more

The cuts keep on coming. I am surprised I haven't written a review on this place. I have been impressed with Morgan Hill Barber Shop since day one. Every time I come here Stephan has been amazing! Always a clean cut and very easy to talk to. I've been here about 5 times since I moved to Morgan Hill, and this place makes you feel extremely welcome. One time I brought my (at the time) 7 month old son. He started to cry and they put on Sesame Street for him. It was so nice. Today I sat for the first time in Oscar's chair. He is hilarious! He had jokes and I was eating them up. He had two friends in there just talking. And it was like being at a cook out with family. This barber shop is a hidden gem. I highly recommend coming here for a clean cut and a good atmosphere. Keep it up gentlemen! read more

The new look and feel of Morgan Hill Barber Shop is great! The new owners did some renovation after the last owners passing, and they did a great job making it clean, inviting and nostalgic. Oscar is fantastic! I have very stubborn hair, it seems to have a mind of it's own most days when it gets too long. I have been going to Oscar now for about two years now and he seems to be able to tame the beast controlling my hair follicles. My wife has commented several times after I get my hair cut that the barber has done a really good job taming the wayward strands. This is an iconic fixture in Morgan Hill and I'm here every two weeks. I love the nostalgic feel, I'm a huge SF Giants fan and love the memorabilia all over the place. Every time I show up I get a great cut at a great price. I like to keep my hair short and neat and I'm pretty picky about who I let cut my hair. It's a small shop with only one chair; a very old school, small town feel. He doesn't accept credit cards, but there's banks and ATM's close by. Someone should take this mans scissors away. I took my two sons there this morning, he gave my first son such a horrible haircut that I paid and left before I allowed him to cut my second son's hair and we went elsewhere. His technique was awful. He cut my sons bangs straight across the front, I cried when we left it was so bad. I am being very serious when I say I could have done a better job. read more
