The owners are wonderful, I have nothing but great things to say about them! They are friendly and make you feel like family from the start. Prices are comparable to other salons, but the service is bar none. They carry a great selection of products that I have switched to completely. From the second I walked in, Jenny greeted me and made the whole process easy. She had me sign in and grab a seat while I waited. I honestly wasn't expecting much from the waiting area, but they have a great setup--comfortable seating, TVs with sports playing, and sports memorabilia everywhere. Pretty much the perfect place for me to kill some time before shaving all my hair off. Jenny brought me back and absolutely nailed the haircut. She was precise, took her time, and made sure everything looked right. I went with the All-Star experience, and I'm glad I did. After the haircut, they take you into the back where you sit in a massage chair, kick your feet up, and get a warm, great-smelling towel wrapped around your face. Then came the scalp massage, which felt like it lasted a solid 5-10 minutes. After that, it was back to the haircut chair for a shoulder massage to finish everything off. I walked in looking for a quick haircut during the workday and walked out feeling like I had just left a mini spa. I don't hand out 5-star reviews easily. For me, the service, experience, quality, and price all have to make sense--and they absolutely did here. Great job, Sport Clips, and especially Jenny. Hanna sat me down and took her time asking me exactly what I wanted( how I wanted my hair cut, color, and most importantly to me was cost). And the whole time she guided me through each steps of the process and made sure I was comfortable and the 4 hours of her and me together flew by(fyi. I'd make sure to bring a little snack or have some bananas or oranges they offer during ur breaks bc you'll need it ;) but in the end after drying and styling my hair, she showed me the final results and I was in love!!! I was so afraid of not liking it but Hanna really did me right and I would go back to her again, definitely!!! And so will my mother and any future friends who need a hair stylist!!!
