My experience with this Facility. Has been easy going and friendly in the beginning when they took $3048.00 for my Root Canal. After a year and a half later, my Crown has Seperated from my root canal causing Gum inflamation. So I walked in on January 6th. 2026 to get my tooth situation resolved. Karanjit D. Decided to shave my crown down and put a temporary as they get my new specialized tooth. It felt rush because I was basically an inconvenience to her and burned me twice. I did not receive any disclosures on what I am suppose to do after a temporary placement and was sent on my way. Unfortunately I took a flight next day to Washington and because of altitude I have received an immense pain on my gum area of my root canal. I then go to a dentist in Washington and they tell me that I have an infection between my roots. (In image) I then take my prescription and Call this Morgan Hill Dentistry and implants and make them aware of an infection happening inside. They schedule me in for the following week to later have disagreements with Karanjit D (business owner) I respectfully notified her about my Infection and I wanted to show the proof. she wasn't understanding , negligent to the matter and lacking care for her patient. She started to give me this attitude towards me after simply describing what has happened on my trip. As if she was the "professional" and I was the idiot not knowing what is going on. She stated if my pain has gone away and I said yes because I was taking medicine for my infection temporarily and she stated to come back to get my new crown and go on my way. I was then met with Dr.Dhillon. Respectful and understanding doctor. Did the crown install. From there a month goes by. I was then greeted by immense pain on my gums on March 7th 2026. and unfortunately has traveled down to my jaw. Where I have numbness and Bone loss on my jaw(in image). I had these 3D scans done at another Endodontics. Today at March 9th 2026. This all could of been resolved earlier if I was being heard and cared for. Now I might deal with bone loss and possibly a Missing tooth. Its frustrating indeed. How some Doctors after reaching a certain level in their career. They start to lose sight of how to treat returning clients after being told their work is always guaranteed. I hope this review can help others. Thank you. read more

I had spent the day in San Francisco expediting my passport, I had a flight booked and was about to fly to Cancun for ten days to have some extensive dental work done. Something in the back of my mind said talk to a local dentist before jumping on a plane and i'm so glad that I did. Right out of the gate the staff was very helpful. I explained my situation to the office manager that I was headed to Mexico to do a four on one upper arch and that cost was why I was headed south. She encouraged me to come and chat with Dr Dhillon and see what we could workout. I did and we were able to figure out a price that I was comfortable with and less than a week later I was in the dentist's chair. The whole process from start to finish was easy. The office is spotless and equipped with the latest and greatest technology. The staff is friendly and very good at time management. If your appointment is at 1:00 you're seen at 1:00. They were considerate of my time and I did my best to reciprocate. I would not hesitate to refer this team to anyone. My last visit here was actually a positive one. The process was pretty straight forward from the beginning. Check in was simple, and I got called in without much delay. The assistant ran through the usual questions and made sure everything was clear before the doctor came in. Once they arrived, the doctor didn't jump to conclusions. They asked about my past experiences, recent changes, and gave me a chance to describe things in my own words. I appreciated that they didn't interrupt and seemed focused the whole time. There was also a bit of conversation around what kind of things could be influencing how I was feeling and how to adjust certain habits. They offered a few approaches but didn't force any decisions. I switched to them after my previous dentist sold his practice and I wasn't happy with the people who took over. Other family members had come here and were very pleased so I gave it a try. I'm glad I did. I found them very thorough and professional and didn't try to up sell me into a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I was having tooth pain where I had a root canal done through a crown about 3 years ago. Dr. insisted I replace the crown and put a crown on the tooth behind it. When the crown first came in, it was too big. I had to come back again and they are both short. But he doesn't care. They don't chew my food, I have to pick food out of my teeth below when I eat. THEN a couple weeks ago I went in to see an Endodontist for the tooth pain I'm still having. I have a failed root canal in the tooth. I DID NOT NEED TWO NEW CROWNS. A crown fell off this morning (Friday) and I discovered my regular dentist only worked Monday - Thursday, so I called a friend who told me to call Morgan Hill Dentistry & Implants. To my surprise, they not only got me in today to see a dentist but I walked out with a new crown they produced there. This is a one-stop shop with the latest in equipment and are open 6 days/week. I found this organization to be extremely professional, and very pleasant to work with... Because of this visit, Morgan Hill Dentistry will now become my preferred dentist. In my first visit, I had a list of things to get done. Since I have double insurance I went with it. Positive: Front office and team is friendly. Dr. Reber was calm and nice and made me feel at easy. They are on time, did not make me wait. Deep cleaning was not as scary as I thought would be. Crown done by Dr. Reber seems good. Negative: Having a root canal done there was extremely painful, and could not be completed. I had to be sent over to specialist for a do over. Dr Reber refunded my insurance for it. There was a few too many billing issues, forcing me to call 3-5 x my insurance. Who has time to waste like this? I even brought a letter to front desk explaining my concerns about the discrepancies but when Liz called me to address my concerns, she was unapologetic and insisted on the charges. My husband was charged $100 at the office, and after he called Ins. he found out we are not supposed to pay for that. Front office then refunded us. Then, I recently received a bill for over $300. I called the office and Liz said it is actually $221 due. After calling my Ins I learned that one claim was paid in full by Ins, and another claim had not been presented until the day I called the dentist office to question it. My Ins said that last claim is included with another work done and dentist cannot bill me for that. So, insurance says I owe $0. Bottom line, billing rep at Serenity is not being accurate and that is the main reason I am walking away. Been dealing with a crown they installed several months ago. I had a temp for about a month and the permanent finally arrived. They put it in around 11am today and it broke in the middle of my first meal, which was a salad so it's not like I'm at fault for eating something hard. Very handsy and on top feels like a used car salesman. He pushed me soooo much to get special work done that my husband suggested me to ignore them moving forward. His assistants and him are weirdos He's super smooth and nice at first, but then it gets odd. His assistants hurt me pretty badly when it came to the X-rays as well. I had taken an embarrassingly long hiatus from regular dental work (insert excuse here) and was pretty anxious about getting back into it as I knew I'd need some major work done. Add to this the fact that my molar cracked and broke off around an old silver filling (full anxiety panic mode now), I reached out to Serenity and immediately they made me feel at ease. Very first impression as I walked in had me walking back out and checking the sign; it looks and feels like a spa. Very high end. The staff behind the counter was amazing and not judgmental. Quite the opposite, they were comforting and supportive and doing more psychological comfort than their job calls for I'm sure. Dr. Reber and his team met with me just the very next day, did a great comprehensive exam and x-rays. I don't know about you, but just the exams usually give me anxiety. Dr. Reber asked me specifically what I disliked about dental exams and adjusted for it. Was the most chill experience I've ever had at a dental office. They also have Netflix you can watch to help calm you (or entertain you). At any rate he set me up for a few appts over the next two weeks and got everything to proper health! I called today and am frustrated because I was called several months ago and was told I needed to have cavities filled and needed to schedule an appointment. I was taken back because I had no idea that I had cavities since I had not been in the office for awhile and didn't understand why I was just hearing about this? The staff member said that he would have to check my chart and call me back. Months have went by and they never called me back. I have double insurance so I know coverage is not an issue. Today they said they would not let me know if I had any cavities from before and I need to have another set of X-Rays done. This is frustrating because due to the circumstances they should have just checked the chart and let me know if I had cavities that have not been taken care of due to office error. I shouldn't be responsible if I now need a root canal etc. due to not being informed about cavities. read more

I have been with my dentist for over 12+ years but at the recommendation of my sister I tried this office and I'm happy I did; I've found my new dental office. The office is very pleasant, but more importantly the staff and dentist are excellent. I gave this office 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Very convenient location and plenty of parking. 2. Very nice atmosphere and clean office; front desk staff was pleasant and offered bottled water and treats while I waited. 3. The office has all of the current technology (pictures, x-rays, etc). so that you can see your problem areas and have a conversation about your dental issues and needs. 4. Friendly staff. I loved my hygienist Zoreh Sadri and will continue to see her. She was friendly, clean, efficient, and explained everything she was doing and why. 5. Being able to watch a show while getting my dental work done was a new experience for me but I loved it! 6. Dr. Reber is a genius! He was able to fix a crown that I had to have replaced three times by a previous dentist. I was told by my previous dentist that the crown I had was fitted and molded perfectly, and that I'd just need to ha e an implant if I wasn't happy. I had to get some cavities filled, replace an old filling, and get some deep cleaning. I'm genuinely terrified of dental work, I let 10 years go without even a cleaning! Instead of having to white knuckle through it I had the option to be sedated. I can't express what a relief it was to just go to sleep, and wake up with a freshly fixed set of teeth. I have been going to Serenity Comprehensive Dental Care for years now, and kids have been going there since they were little. Dr. Reber and the staff have always been excellent. They are very attentive, friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. I recently had an experience that confirmed that I have picked the right dentist. I had a nagging toothache that suddenly turned more serious. This was on a Thursday. On Friday morning I called the office hoping that I would not have to spend the weekend in pain. They were able to fit me in that day! Dr. Reber figured out what the cause of the pain was, and fixed it on the spot. I could not have been more thankful. I found Serenity on Yelp, & based on its reviews, I made a new patient appt, which I had 2 days ago (June 12, 2015). In Summary: Serenity (Dr. Mark Reber & all of the staff) is undoubtedly the best dental office (by far, because of the Doctor and staff) that I have been to. Furthermore, I consider myself to have quite a bit of experience & knowledge about medical providers in general. Based on this, I strongly believe that the standards of Serenity exceed, by a large margin, that of the large majority of health care provider clinics. A. All of the staff & Dr. Mark Reber: Everybody was very bright & cheerful & seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. 1. Receptionists (Sorry, I don't remember your names). They were so welcoming, nice, & accommodating. They happily spent time finding appts that I fit my schedule. 2. Dr. Mark Reber a. He was so friendly & down-to-earth (genuinely). b. He treated me with utmost kindness and respect. c. He encouraged me to summarize why I scheduled the dental appt. d. He also reviewed the detailed new patient questionnaire that I filled out prior to the appt. e. Before he started his exam & procedures, he explained to me what he was going to do. f. After he examined my teeth & gums (including using a small camera) & after I had X-rays done, he reviewed my history, his exam, & the X-rays to formulate his initial impressions. He shared his impressions with me very well (while he was explaining them to me, he showed me relevant photographs & X-rays of my teeth gums. He also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand for someone who doesn't have a dental background.) g. Then, he shared each of his abnormal findings, the current status of each, & the potential risks of each related to not having it treated (including now & as time goes on). h. After this, & making sure I understood, he specifically informed me that one aspect of Doctor-Patient care is that he wants his patients to be as informed as possible, & then he would like his patients to decide what they consider favorable, regarding potential benefits & risks of having each procedure done. i. Thus, we collaboratively decided on a dental treatment plan. We strongly agreed that addressing problems with the health of my teeth & gums was definitely higher priority (i.e., needs to be addressed before) than any cosmetic procedure. Regarding points f., g., & h. above: This is UNCOMMON among health care providers. Many doctors & other health care providers would benefit greatly from following Dr. Reber's example. 3. Breanna (Dr. Reber's assistant - Sorry, I don't know your official title) a. One of the first things she let me know was that, "You're in complete control." b. She encouraged me to let her or Dr. Reber know if anything was painful or if I was uncomfortable in any way. c. This was so helpful because I think that the crux of our anxiety stems from feeling little to no control. 4. (Sorry, I don't remember your name nor your official title) The lady who performed my deep cleaning. She was outstanding because: a. She also emphasized to me that she wanted to know if I was uncomfortable or in any kind of pain. b. Before she started, she explained what she was going to do, & during the procedure, she continued to share what she was doing & what she was observing (& its possible implications) regarding my teeth & gums. c. The deep cleaning she provided was far superior than any other I have had. This was obvious to me based on how meticulous her cleaning was, how astute her observations of my teeth & gum were, & how thoughtful & detailed her impressions were based on her observations in the context of my dental history. B. The clinic environment: Since Yelp limits the number of characters in a review, I am unable to fully describe the positive impact of the environment, but, by far, the most positive and influential factor is that all of the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy working and they were all so warm, friendly, & respectful. This was the biggest contributor to the very relaxed and pleasant emotional tone of the clinic. They have netflix and wireless headphones. AN IMPORTANT POSITIVE NOTE REGARDING DR. MARK REBER: My experience with Dr. Mark Reber strongly gives me the impression that, far & away, his top priority is delivering excellent patient care, which includes collaborating with patients & sharing his impressions & recommendations, based on what he thinks would benefit the patient the most (not on financial factors).
