This place Rocks! Alyssa and all the staff are super friendly and I forgot who the guy was that was measuring my broken window but he was built like a tank. Anyways I call around and waiting for people to call me back regarding my broken window that needed to be replace but have not heard back so I decided to go straight to the source since it was glass. Alyssa pick up told her the measurements I took but I was a little off so I brought it in and they told me the price and said be done in 3-4 days. I really like this small company. Years ago we had to have custom screens made. They did a beautiful job. Then we needed glass for our shower. Again they did a great job. I had been looking for help with a commercial glass door that was having issues closing. I tried Morgan Hill Glass hoping they may possibly be able to help me out. Again. The other two jobs were residential, this would be commercial, I have tried many (I'm not kidding for three months) to get someone to come out. I called Morgan Hill Glass. Our cleaners broke our shower glass and after a second rate repair, we were sent to Morgan Hill Glass from a neighborhood Facebook page. Working with them was so easy. They are responsive, got the ball rolling quickly and the work is quality. Their installer even pointed out a small barely noticeable scratch on our new frame and they came to replace the scratched piece without even having to be asked. This is the first time I have reviewed a company without actually using them. But based on the assistance I received, I can only imagine how they treat their actual customers. I had a glass shower door hinge that was popping and cracking, to the point where I thought the glass would crack. I called them for assistance and instead of them trying to push a house visit or sell me something, the man who answered the phone said "try some silicone spray and that should solve the issue." It didn't unfortunately. So I called back thinking I would need to have a service call. After explaining the problem again, it appeared that we needed to replace the hinges. So I emailed pictures of the hinges to Morgan Hill Glass so they might know which hinges to bring. They responded back that they had seen this problem before with these hinges and all that I needed to do was tighten the Allen screws behind the hinge. And it was fixed! So not once but twice did they try to help me solve the problem on my own, without any charge. That is true customer service. Thank you Morgan Hill Glass. read more

I came in and spoke to Kelli who was extremely helpful with advice, and recommendations for the project. Fantastic service and my new shower doors are perfect! It is awesome when a local business gives you top notch service and at a reasonable price. Let's start at the beginning... I had sliding glass shower doors over my giant jacuzzi tub. One day the right door stopped sliding and I googled what was wrong and popped over to Home Depot. My hubby and I got the issue fixed and when we went to reinstall door 2 disaster struck and the glass shattered leaving my poor hubby with only a handle in his hand and bloody cuts all over. I called Kelly and team for advice. They offered to use my current hardware to make a replacement door or to come and quote a new enclosure. We went back and forth for months until I got a quote from a company in hollister and a quote from Kelly about replacing the whole enclosure. Kelly and team were a solid $1000 less! Also they were nice! They invited me to come see options and decide what glass I like. The day of installation came and went without a hitch. I've been ordering Safety Glass for one of our customers, and the pricing is just right and the lead time as well, we had one occasion, we failed to give Kelli the correct side, so the glass wasnt fitting correctly on the assembly we were working on. I called Kelli and explain our error on the cut size, he explain that there was a risk on re-cutting it, but he managed to recut it, and had it done the same day, at no EXTRA cost. I have always used Morgan Hill glass and recommend them to my clients. The installation of my glass shower by Junior was exceptional. I could not believe he got the glass up my stairs into the room by himself. After awhile of drilling he asked me what stone I had on my shower wall. He tried to drill through it with 6 bits because it was so hard. He called his manager who came over quickly with diamond drill bits. Junior never gave up and patiently finished my install to perfection. They installed my other shower about 4 years ago. It has held up perfectly and the glass does not get water spots.
