My son just wrapped up 2 incredible years at KinderCare. He started in the toddler room at 1 year old and just finished at almost 3 years old in the discovery preschool room. We have loved every moment with the teachers and staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive. It can be so nerve wracking sending your first baby to school for the first time, but everyone made it comfortable and easy. Even transitioning from the toddler room to the next was an easy and seamless transition. We are sad to say goodbye (we moved) but will always look back fondly on our memories here. Let me start this by saying i am a first time parent and my wife has been the only person who was watched our 3 month old daughter up to this point. We were nervous with letting someone else watch our daughter especially since we have never done this before. Im sure this is typical. As a dad with a daughter i loved that KinderCare has only women working here which is a huge plus for me. Yesterday was our daughter Presley's first day and i dropped her off in tears because it was very difficult for me to let her go with new people and the ladies here were so comforting and calm in dealing with my situation. They totally understood and let me have my space until i was ready. Throughout the day they sent me pictures and updates on their app which was so helpful and awesome. When i picked her up with my wife we were given a full report on how she did from 2 different ladies who gave us awesome advice and tips and let us know Presley was a pleasure. My daughter started in October in the Infant room and by far it was one of the hardest things for me to do as a first time mom. Ms. Maarit was so sweet to me and made sure I felt confident about my decision in placing my sweet girl in their care. She would answer any questions I had and would always make sure to respond within a day or less; even after business hours (late nights and weekends). I cant say enough things about the room teachers Carly and Arzu. My girl loved those ladies and they were so sweet to her and made sure she was well taken care of and provided me constant updates on the app and in person during drop off or pick up. You can definitely tell these ladies love their job . I don't know if there are enough words to describe how much we love Kindercare and how much it means to our family. It's more than a daycare, it's more than preschool, it's a family. Our journey started almost two years ago with Kindercare when we brought our daughter in as an 8month old infant. She was not an easy baby, but even on days when she would scream, her teachers (especially Ms.Michelle) only treated her with kindness and nurture. She is now in the twos classroom and it is amazing to see her THRIVE! On the car ride home from school she tells me all about circle time with Ms.Esme, all the wonderful new things she learned, and how much FUN she had that day. How amazing is that, especially in times like this! We had a baby in January, and it was no question as to whether or not we would bring him to the center. He is cared for and loved every day. Any question or concern we have, it is met and answered. Maarit, Marissa and Alex in the front answer any question and solve anything that is presented to them. These are really challenging times, and watching my children thrive and grow is lives biggest blessing. Both of my children have attended kindercare. My son went through every room and sometimes still comes when school is out or during the summer. My daughter started in infants and is now almost 3. Not only am i a parent at this center but I also worked here for nearly 9 years. I haven't been working at this center for almost a year but I kept my daughter here because this is her second home. As a parent and employee I got to see all the behind the scenes which is a perk. I can 100% say that my children have received the best care possible and are in the best hands. No doubt in my mind. My children love all the staff and management. We will always be grateful for how the teachers have cared for our son while he was enrolled at this daycare. He started here when he was only seven months old and had stayed all the way to when he was a little over four-and-a-half years old. If it wasn't for the pandemic and the initial stay-at-home order back in March of last year, he would have stayed past his five-year-old birthday and before he started kindergarten. Our son had severe eczema back then which required extra TLC and they had gone above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and thriving. We have always felt that our son was safe in their care. Their curriculum is also appropriate for the various age groups that are enrolled here. They make learning enjoyable. The wonderful thing about the Morgan Hill center is that the employees really care about every child as if it was their own.My daughters teachers were amazing and very loving. Most facilities ban teacher child relationships but it helps the children build trust with their teachers and the facility is very clean. Ms.Shelby is someone who my daughter spoke about the most. her ideas and curriculums made my daughter excited to come to school everyday. My husband and I looked at many childcare options and, being that this was our first time putting our child in daycare, we agonized over online reviews and our initial impressions when visiting the various daycare options. However, upon meeting with Maarit, we felt immediately welcomed into the Morgan Hill KinderCare world and their supportive environment; moreover, we felt the Morgan Hill KinderCare had the best facility setup and team in place. Our daughter has blossomed since starting at KinderCare, and we know it is based on the care and dedication of the staff. Our daughter gets excited each morning when we say we're going to school. My daughter has been attending Kindercare since 6 weeks old. She is now almost four yrs old. She has been through many of their room- infants, toddlers, pre-k. The children transition rooms as they grow. Leaving my tiny baby the first time was hard, but after seeing the level of care they provide I fell in love with the teachers, atmosphere, and overall quality. I feel like my daughter is safe and I have not had one issue ever. They offer an app where you see photos, videos, and see what your child ate, how long they slept, how many times they peed/poop, and if they need supplies like diaper wipies etc The curriculum is amazing and my daughter developed many skills well before the usual milestone. I attribute this to the constant mental stimulation. She literally transitioned from diapers to underwear in one day! She has been doing so well here I'm almost sad thinking she will eventually have to go to kindergarden. As far as cost, yes Kindercare is a bit more pricier than other daycares but you are paying for quality. They do not just watch your babies they teach your babies. Plus when you divide the hours per day you leave your child then your realize that the cost per hour is so little. Pre covid, our daughter was dropped off at 6:15am and picked up at 6:15pm. This KinderCare has done amazing things for our Son. He has only been there for a month and already my husband and I are seeing such positive changes. The teachers in his class are amazing! Ms Eve, Ms Esme, and Ms Emily are miracle workers. You can tell that these women really care for the kids. Our Son never took to strangers at all but these ladies seem to have the magic motherly touch because he just adores them. He reaches his arms out to them at every drop off. It's shocking since he doesn't even do that with most of his relatives. They also have an app where they send us pictures and videos of our Son throughout the day so we are assured he is having fun and is well cared for. Highly recommend this place! read more

This probably is going to be long :) My daughter went to Morgan Hill Kindercare for almost a year and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. I am so glad I chose this center for my daughter. To begin with I went for Morgan Hill center coz that's where I used to work, and I am a resident of Milpitas, Ca. The center was 2 miles from workplace. I am using all "past-tense" coz I don't work at the company anymore or else I would have gladly continued sending my daughter there. The craziest thought I had was still continuing sending my daughter but the commute doesn't make any sense. The center director, Maarit, is an extremely pleasant person. No matter how busy she is, she would never forget to greet you! If ever I had any concerns she always made sure to take care of those. The assistant director, Miss Eva is also very helpful and a very nice person. The teachers at the center are just too good. I personally knew Miss Alyssa, Miss Michelle, Miss Myra, Miss Melissa, I just miss them. I got to know everyone so well coz I used to spend all my lunch hour at the center when I went to feed my daughter when she was in infant room. That created a very good bond between me and all teachers, and the director. They go above and beyond to make sure your kid is happy. A kid that eats well and sleeps well is definitely happy and not to mention clean diapers. All these things are very well taken care of in addition to so many other activities ! Needless to mention , i loved written report of how my daughter spent the day. My daughter learnt so many nice things at the center. I can go on and on .. If I get a chance in future, I would love to send my daughter at the MH center. Me and my daughter truly miss all the staff at MH Kindercare. I recommend this center greatly whoever need family environment for their kids. It always felt like a home away from home. I have to say that these women are amazing with my children. I have an 11, 5 and 3 year old that all attend KinderCare and each teacher takes their time and I must say that have a huge amount of patience. My 2 younger children come home everyday learning something new and as for my older son, they take the time to help him with his homework and teach him new techniques of how to figure out his homework problems. I have referred at least 4 other parents who also tell me how happy they are the teachers at KinderCare. read more

What my husband and I like about this facility is how approachable the director is and how she has always made herself available to us whenever we wanted to talk. She gave us same day walk through and we, as parents can drop in any time to observe. The facility is clean. Miss Mariam is one of the main reasons why we are loyal to Kindercare. My 2nd grader had her when he was here and now my pre-k son has her. My son loves Miss Mariam. She knows when to be firm and she knows when to be silly with the kids. In my observations, Miss Mariam puts in a lot of thought as to how she can tailor the lesson plan to engage each child. She makes learning fun and takes the time to research fun activities that can incorporate academics. My son comes home knowing how to write his numbers, is familiar with some site words, and excited about the artwork that he has done. Of course, I work with my son at home to reinforce what he is learning but I also communicate his progress to Miss Mariam and she continues the lesson at school. Both my sons have benefited from the extra phonics lessons that are offered. The trick is to find the right teacher to teach this course. My sons have been fortunate enough to have had great phonics teachers such as Miss. Candi and Miss Eva. They have both moved on to other things but they helped build the foundation and it has made my job at home much easier. My son in pre-k is starting to spell and recognize some site words. He is starting to show interest in stringing sounds together to pronounce simple words. Some of the teachers that I have interacted with and who have shown how much they love these kids are Miss. 1/10/2017: I first reviewed this business 11/29/16. After the second bite experienced by my toddler (described below) he began crying, kicking and screaming at morning drop off's, every day. He did not want the teachers to touch him or hold him and did not want the children to approach him. And he had been enrolled there over a year. I researched and changed his daycare to another facility, fully expecting that the crying, kicking and screaming at drop offs would continue a week or two while he adjusted to an entirely new environment, new teachers and new kids. This did not happen! :) My toddler was nervous, but went willingly to his new school and after 2 weeks, he has not had one crying incident on drop off and now goes with a smile to play with his new friends every morning! His ease of transition to a completely new and foreign daycare environment reinforces to me how poor an environment Kindercare is. I wish I had moved him sooner. _________________________________________________________________________ 11/29/16: We've been attending Kindercare for a year now. While my son seems happy and likes his friends and teachers, I feel that he gets hurts too often. Most recently, he has been bitten at school twice in a month. He is two, and know biting is a stage that many two year olds go through. Maybe the bigger concern is that when I arrived to pick him up after today's bite, the staff was genuinely shocked that I was upset. As childcare professionals I would think that they would expect an angry parent when a two year is bitten and I think the correct response should have been, "yes, we understand, and here's our policy and how we deal with correcting biting problems....". Instead, I was told by the director that biting occurs in the 2 year old class room and by the teacher that "They're two and they bite. I've been bit by children." If they took it seriously and had a plan in place, maybe they'd have fewer biting get problems. I don't want to uproot my son, but they need to take the problem seriously and have a plan in place to deal with biting as well as be prepared to share that plan with parents. I asked the director point blank what she could tell me that would alleviate my concerns and there was no answer. read more

The reason I am giving this facility four stars is because out of the four centers I visited in Morgan Hill, KinderCare had the ONLY teachers that welcomed me and my daughter as if we were already an enrolled family. We visited the discovery preschool room (two year olds) and the preschool room (three year olds). The director was very friendly and greeted my daughter. They have an 8:1 ratio in the two year old room which is a plus, the other centers were 12:1. The two teachers in the classroom smiled and greeted my daughter and they invited her to come and play outside with the class. My daughter was shy, but did play a little. The three year old classroom was busy, but both teacher also greeted my daughter and one of them invited my daughter to participate in an activity the children were doing. Overall I was very impressed with my tour. The facility seems a little old, but the director mentioned that the company was making some changes in the near future to update the floors, supplies and painting. I did not see the other classrooms but the two rooms we did visit were full of happy children and happy teachers, which is always great to see! We did not end up enrolling my daughter here, due to finances, but if we could afford it we will definitely bring her back. Thank you kinder care, for the great welcoming! read more

This review has been long overdue, everyone will have their own opinion but I would like to share mine. Initially, we've tried out 3 local daycare in the area before we've decided on KinderCare. My son was only 3 month old when we decided on this facility and have not regretted it since. Over the past 5 years, we only saw nothing more than exceptional care given by the center. At each level, infant/toddler/..., each teacher(s) were always listening and helped guide my son on a great learning path from infant to school-age (phonics). The center director, Maarit, is AWESOME in which she always collectively listened to our concerns (in rare cases), effectively communicated and took initiative to rectify any issues quickly. my child was in the infant class and recently moved to todds. I gotta say the infant class is the best I love Ms. Sarah and Ms. Jessica. They communicate daily about how my child was doing. there so friendly and the classroom is always cleaned and even though they have many babies they handle the classroom very well. Every time I drop off they are both in there very welcoming to my child. I have referred many parents to come and bring their infant to kindercare. both of these teachers are exceptional. my child is now in tods at first I was real nervous but ms Stephanie has recently started working in the class and she is great. since she has been in there I notice a change in my child and in the classroom. she does many activities and ms Stephanie always communicates well with me. I am very pleased with the infant and toddler classrooms my child at times goes back in forth between rooms but I don't mind cause I am happy with these teachers and I thank them daily for their hard work. read more
