They processed our check no problem and we shared our terrible experience in Windsor. They couldn't believe what they were hearing. They advised us to never go back to your location and that we weren't the first to have terrible experiences. While the staff is wonderful, the lines are usually atrocious and take awhile as every time I am there, there is only one teller or two at most. Another con is the slow technology integration, in terms of the outside ATM. Every other location seems to have the new ATM systems that are much more secure, but not a huge loss or annoyance. So while I continue to bank here as the CU is wonderful, this location just needs a few things to spruce it up.
