Very upset with this insurance never had an insurance that raises up there prices by 30$ each renewal. When I call they tell me it's not them it's the state. But after comparing my rate with State Farm's with my family my brother having progressive and my sister having gaico and my friend having Allstate they confirm they haven't had an increase in the past 3 years and it just weird that on me with state farm only gets an increase each time please do no sign up with them and I will be cancelling my insurance with them as well. Got a quote with progressive for 90$ for the same coverage and I'm paying 138 now ! Ridiculous read more

Have had this agent for almost 18 months and have a a terrible experience. They do not answer their phone, they screen the messages. If you call to start a policy you get a call back quickly. If you call with a problem it may take several days for a return call. I have requested hard copies of my insurance card, the State Farm ap is sometimes difficult to get into. I am still waiting for cards. I had a windshield chip repair done in May it shows on my record as a accident, annual cost for this mistake over $200. Want the business without any problems read more

I came in for a meeting to review my policies. I met with Yadira and she was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, very patient in explaining everything and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Turns out a policy I thought was in place was NOT and my other policy had some errors. I tried to call this office after an AT&T cable fell on my car and damaged it. No one answered the phone so I left two messages. I finally got a call back from a woman telling me that my comprehensive policy did not cover this. This was Friday. I checked on line and discovered that this IS covered. So, I called again today( Monday) and spoke to a different woman who told me that my agent was not in and that she would give him my message and that he would return my call. I told her that I wanted to speak to someone NOW, so she said that she would have her supervisor call me back in 15 minutes. Needless to say, no one called me back. Thirty minutes later I called back and got the same woman that I had spoken with on Friday. She could find no record of the previous Monday call and told me that I could try calling claims. So, I called claims and got a very helpful young man named Terrell Morris, who helped me file a claim for the repair. I'm not even sure that this agent( named in title) is a real person? He was also absent another time when I tried to get reimbursed for road service. We will definitely change agents and hope someone else will do better. read more

I was bounced around from State Farm agent to State Farm agent and ended up with jared. 95% of the time we call one of his two offices we have to get a call back . Most recently it took a day to have him call back. I have other State Farm agents that call back the same day if not they answer the phone themselves to answer my questions. Jared's people could not answer my wife's questions and really pissed her off. Very basic questions which are other State Farm agent was able to answer simply. Try to get a certificate of insurance from Jared's office and after going back and forth several times by phone my other State Farm agents people in Redding California had to call Jared's office and talk them through how to write a certificate of insurance! Very unprofessional. Very poor . We are going to make a change read more

I switched over from AAA and it was the best choice I could of made. The team specifically Yadira have been extremely helpful all along. I was previously never used to being able to reach out and get detailed responses to any issues, so I just paid my bill and let things be. It turns out that my home policy just had generic info only. With State Farm we went over all the details involving my home and vehicles from the get go.
