This puts recipients in the position of ignoring that information or paying for court records (~$20) to investigate whether it is actually them or someone with the same name. A professional law firm is equipped to investigate on their end at a lower cost (e.g. knowing which pages of which records to pull to cross-reference an address, likely lowering the court record cost to $1-2) prior to sending targeted letters. Kazerouni Law Group does not bother, they have likely done a cost-benefit calculation that marks this level of diligence as not worth their time and money. They prefer that the recipients of their ads shoulder the higher cost.
