They also know some cool finishing touches that gets people coming back for more. During launch they gave out free coffee - a full coffee card. Being the snobby me I declined the card (I actually didn't know what they were giving out to be honest ...). But when I went there the first time they gave me a loyalty card with the first row all stamped meaning my next coffee was on them! Awesomeness #1. I love cookies and every coffee has a cookie on it! That was where we sat to rant about nonsensical teenage girl things, that was where we used to peek at the new wait staff (one of them had a thing for my friend Ivy), and where we would sip on a sickly sweet hazelnut mocha to keep our caffeine levels up. However, I walked here one Sunday afternoon from my home, and I was wanting a small iced chai, yet was informed that they only come in "one" size.
