Easily, it became one of my favorite facilities to come to because the staff are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Very refreshing to see! I've sat in many care conferences with this team to deal with issues/concerns and their team work is incredible! I could not recommend this place enough to anyone who is looking for a happy home for mom or dad or anyone! They are very accommodating. Families come to visit and leave with relief knowing their loved one is taken care of. Though the name of the place has changed, their hearts won't.

Searching and not finding an adequate place (20 till then) that I knew he/we would be comfortable with, thankfully The House of Grace was the next and immediately it blew out any other facility by far. The road access to the home, cleanliness, size of the rooms hallway, bathroom setup and the warmth of the staff jumps right at you. It was a yes for us the first few minutes. After my step-dad moved in, very quickly did we know it was 100% the right atmosphere for him with the staff being as professional and caring as they are that yes, he felt safe and trusted the staff. He had less than a year of life at the facility and what stuck me is that the staff really felt the loss of my step-dad. My parents enjoyed a clean and welcoming environment, onsite medical care and physical therapy, and programs that promoted mental stimulation and social interaction. Most importantly, Westmont's caregivers treated my parents (as well as my wife and me) like members of their own family. My Mom would regularly tell me about how nice her caregivers were to her. I was blown away with how friendly the staff is and how long they have been there (some staff members have been there 15+ years!). I met a few residents as well and they are so happy living there... It really is a wonderful, warm, cozy, elegant and beautiful place for family members to get the quality care they need while building new friendships and memories! Newer, modern facility, approx 66 residents capacity, two floors. We visit 3+ times a week, and have always found her room tidy, experienced staff very engaged with residents, and very responsive to all our inquiries. The food is good. We really appreciate that staff knows our mom and keeps us posted regularly on her progress and needs. The bldg is maintained very well, with nice gated patios for family/friends to visit, and there is a beautiful gated, secured park right next door that residents/visitors have access to. There is a daily variety of activities for the residents and monthly scenic drives. Also a small open chapel with various religious services. Bang for the buck and all of the above, Parkview has made an unfortunate situation a little easier. We highly recommend checking this out!
