It was used over the years, not just displayed, so it had some stains as can be expected. The folks at Falasiri did a wonderful job cleaning it -- they are experts who know what they're doing to protect these valuable heirlooms. Really brightened up the colors and removed the stains. Our bedroom seemed the safest place to use it from now on to avoid further wear or food spillage... and the thick pile of this carpet feels nice underfoot, so that's a bonus.

I vacuumed before they came the 2nd time the rooms were unoccupied the whole time until their return for another cleaning. I decided to time them this time. They started in the 1st room at 12:39 and finished at 12:49. Then the 2nd room started at 12:50 til 12:55. Ridiculous! So 10mins in 1 room and 5mins in the other. Would not recommend.
