I would not recommend renting here if you need regular access to your unit. I've had a unit for…read moreabout a year, and during that time, the garage gate has been broken or inoperable at least 60% of the time--leaving tenants locked out or stuck waiting for someone to manually open it. On top of that, the elevators have gone down multiple times, making it a hassle every time I need to move things in or out. While the building itself is generally clean, that's about the only positive. For the price, you'd expect basic functionality and reliable access--which this place simply doesn't deliver.
