I have never rented a storage unit before, I was at the Rea Rd location for a year. Sherrie the property manager was on point from day one, the whole staff is awesome. The property is so clean and everyone goes out of there way to help. I don't know what i was expecting in a storage facility but this one exceeded all my expectations. If your looking for a storage facility in this area i would not look any where else because you will not find one any better. I had originally picked another facility and when I went to move in, lets just say it was not acceptable! It was dirty and ceiling was wet and the door did not close so that little critters could get in. I then, remembered MORNINGSTAR STORAGE and it was a totally different experience. They have a truck, dolly and a cart to help in your move. Not only was it clean, but the hours were great and the people were nice to work with unlike the original place. I've used two local Morningstar Storage facilities and while both are excellent (a testament to Morningstar being a great operator), this location is above and beyond. Sherry, the Rea Road location manager, is a customer service rock star and knows exactly how to keep clients happy. Regarding the location, it is brand new, clean and has tons of options in terms of unit sizes, etc. and the pricing seems very fair for their accommodations. Great Place to Store all your Stuff! I had used other storage facilities before but none of them compare to Morningstar. The storage units were clean and air conditioned. The staff was very helpful. There is another storage unit business closer to my house but I would still drive a few miles farther to use Morningstar. read more
