I walked in on a Saturday morning pretty much begging them to take me in because my best friend was getting married that day and I missed my appointments because I worked a 14 hour shift the day before. I was exhausted that day. With no hesitation the ladies at the front were so professional and did everything they could just to make sure i wouldn't disappoint my friend. Anyways, texted her that night to change it to 10 am one because something with work came up. She said "no problem honey, see you at 10.. Didn't come out once to let me know she's running behind. I went back to sit in my car as I was sick of standing and texted her at 1045 as I had now waited for over an hour. Texted her and said I had to leave for my work meeting because it was now almost an hour after my appt and I wouldn't have the time for the consult because it would cause me to miss my work meeting. Asked her to let me know another day good for her (even though I was contemplating not making another appt at this point because of how rude that was especially to a new client).... She texts me another 30 minutes AFTER this and then says "hey hun, I have you down for 1 pm, u can come in now, or we can reschedule". Totally didn't even realize that she had told me the night before I could come in at 10 which she obviously forgot she had another client for that time. Instead of acknowledging her mistake she ignored me after that, didn't respond, didn't apologize, nothing. So extremely unprofessional and rude. And to think I would've put a deposit down. Also read in another review that she ghosted someone else and never refunded their deposit. Plenty of extension specialists around downriver, do yourself a favor and skip this headache and waste of time.
