Today I decided I wanted to play in some makeup I found my way to Morphe and meet Kylie O she's awesome ! I asked her to show me how to apply my eyeshadow after doing so she offered to do a full beat; I couldn't resist. As you can see in photos I posted she did her best work . She was very pleasant and continued to greet all customers entering store. I'm new to this brand it feels good on my skin, they're animal and cruelty free, and very affordable compared to other brands I've purchased in the past. Okay this place is HEAVENLY!!! This might be a little smidgedy biased since I am posting this because I absolutely ADOREEEE morphe and this was my first time visiting an actual store since there are literally no locations in Seattle which is like so ridiculous with a capital R. Anyways the store set up is decadent, any makeup lovers fantasy play land store. Endless shelves of beautiful pallets, lipstick, and lip liner shelves separate. I wish I could just live here. Brushes, concealers, and lipsticks! Oh, my! Grand Opening on 4.28.18! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Since they are still new there was a lot of customers, as expected. But COME ON! Their brushes have finally hit stores in Scottsdale! It's awesome to finally be able to see and TOUCH the products BEFORE you buy it! They have all the new eyeshadows palettes plus their collaborations with different celebrities like Bretman Rock and more. They also have a station with Jeffree Star products which was so cool to play around with! Morphe's liquid lipstick will stay on you even after the greasiest of meals! Doing a return they always treat you like they hate to do it and a they show you they don't like doing it. Well guess what , this is your policy so accept it and do it with a smile even if you hate it. I think 80 percent of what I've bought from morphe is low quality and I don't end up liking it so yes I will return it every time , you better believe it. I am now done shopping in morphe. I liked it when they had Jeffrey s. Products. I never returned back then. So yeah I am done trying to find quality products at morphe. Another GREAT Morphe experience! I have been to another location in San Diego & already knew i loved the products. I wanted to do some new eyebrow stuff & was in need of a professional's help. I have my guard up when i walk into the OTHER big makeup stores because the employees tend to be condescending... but I was greeted by Berna and immediately felt welcomed. She listened & showed me eyebrow brushes/creams while giving suggestions for a natural brow. I am so grateful that i did not feel pressured to "overdo" my face. (I'm pretty simple.) I went out to Scottsdale really close to what I thought was closing bc it was a Sunday! But for holidays hours the mall is extended til 10. My family and I were helped out by two wonderful girls I can't remember their names but one of them had blue hair. The other one did a full glam on my cousin whose barely learning about makeup and has a hard time with english, yet she seemed more than happy to help, & wanted to make sure everything was perfect for her. Disappointing customer service experience. No greeting, no asking if I needed any help. There was only 2-3 other customers beside myself. No one was being helped, staff was more busy chatting with each other. Was a waste of a good afternoon trip to the mall. I will start by saying that I love Morphe products. My daughter and I have been purchasing, palettes, brushes and misc items online for years. We have been to the Morphe store in Scottsdale only a few times because we live a good 45 minutes away. For my Daughter's Birthday this year, I took a trip to the store to get her the new 39S Palette along with the Jaclyn Hill Master Collection of brushes... so I dropped a pretty penny in the store. They had a sample Palette Tester open to view and I grabbed a palette to purchase from the stack in the rack directly below it. When my daughter opened her gift, we realized it was not the 39S Palette, but the 39A instead...which she already owns. I will quickly mention that my daughter (22) has been quite ill for the past year and has been completely bed-bound. Trips to the mall take a huge amount of effort as she needs use of a wheelchair. Makeup is one of the few things she can still enjoy. I promised her it was no big deal and that we could easily exchange the palette for the correct one as they both cost $35. Her boyfriend was kind enough to offer to make the trip. I gave him the original receipt along with the palette and told him which one we needed to exchange for. When he returned, he said they charged him an additional $7+tax !? I went online and verified that both these palettes were the same price ($35) and immediately called the store. When I spoke to the first salesgirl and explained what happened she seemed overly confused and didn't really seem to care that there was a problem. She verified both palettes cost the same but had no idea why we were given an additional charge. I then asked for her manager, to which she responded, "I mean, I guess you can talk to the manager, hold on." and after holding for a few minutes, Samantha answered the phone. "Can I help you?" She asked. I asked if the previous girl told her what happened and she said yes... but I guess she wanted me to explain it all over again. When I asked why I was charged the extra $7, her response was "Ya know, just human error." Not a justified excuse in my opinion. Samantha was quite arrogant and smug and at no time could either of these girls even muster a simple "I'm sorry." Or "How can we make this right?" Samantha simply said come back to the store...again. I explained we are quite a ways out and now have to make a 3rd trip...More time...More gas. I asked if there was any way to do a credit over the phone and she said there was not. I wasn't as bothered by her answers as I was by her attitude and I wish I could convey that in this review. I asked for her manager and she first claimed, "I am the boss. It's just me." I said "there is no one above you?" And her answer was "Linda Morphe!" At that point I really started getting pissed! When I insisted there must be someone else she reports to, she finally admitted there are two other managers at that store and gave me their names. Again, the arrogance oozing from her mouth was infuriating. So, now that I have to make a 3rd long trip to this store, just to fix a problem that shouldn't have even happened, I am thoroughly disgusted with the poor customer service and can't imagine I will continue bringing them my business. In life, mistakes are always going to happen, but accountability and compassion can go a long way to help fix a bad situation. Obviously the staff at the Morphe store in Scottsdale have not been taught this simple truth. read more

She was knowledgeable about every product we had a question about and directed us to products that she loved and thought would work well for us! Every time I have gone into this store, the customer service is terrible or non existent. The employees never greet you, are always standing around talking, or are no where to be found. I went in today and needed help but there wasn't a single associate on the floor for at least 5 minutes. In the past, when I have gone in and asked for help, the girls stared at me as if I was interrupting their conversation and were very rude. My sister went in recently and had the exact same experience. I have never once been asked if I could be helped any time I have been there. In addition, many of the testers are extremely dirty and a lot of items are always out of stock. It's a bummer that this is the only Morphe store in AZ - I will just continue to shop online and will not be visiting this store anymore. read more

I went to Morphe yesterday during the afternoon, there were only two other customers in the store FYI. I was not greeted by the one girl who was stocking makeup. I said hello very broad and nicely and she hesitated to speak up and greet me with me subtle "hello". She didn't ask me if I needed help finding a product which has always happened when I enter any beauty store. I asked her to help me match a concealer with the foundation I know I have and she did so with no enthusiasm, barely any guidance, and I quick hmmm this one will probably work, it's for neutral skin tones. Then proceeded to go back to what she was doing, didn't ask me if I needed help finding anything else. I'm not easily offended by workers since I myself have worked in the service industry and retail for 5+ years, but the friendliness, customer service, my entire experience at Morphe was ruined by the woman who worked on August 6th during 2-4 PM. I've been excited to go into a Morphe store to see the makeup and try out Jeffree Star Cosmetics. Sadly, I was shocked by how unkempt the store was. The testers were gross looking and almost empty. The displays were messy and needed a little more attention from the staff. Gave it one more star because I think the products are affordable and that a lot of people can benefit from them. I've been into Morphe a few times and every time I go in everyone is so nice to me! I don't know what's going on with these other reviews.. The girls always talk make up with me and about what's new/what's coming in next. They have such a large stock of brushes, eyeshadow (palettes and single shadows), lipstick, eyelashes, blush, etc. They even have Jeffree Star if you're into his make up. Their eyelashes are some of the best. I can get anywhere from 10-15 uses until I have to throw em out. Everything I've tried has been great quality. I love their Jaclyn Hill and Dare to Create palettes! I don't know so much about their 35 palettes but I feel like their new palettes are the same as the Jaclyn Hill one. You should definitely check out this store if you're a make up lover. read more

Normally when I walk in, i'm never really acknowledged, they just kinda let me do my own thing, but a few days ago i went in again for a concealer and I wasn't sure if it was because of the thousands of swatches on my hands or i had really big facial expressions but I was acknowledge by an artist and she took her time with me to help me discover my perfect match. She's the first artist to ever actually acknowledge me in the store and I was extremely grateful for her!!!! She had long dark hair and was super beautiful. This review would have 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the two silver-haired employees were incredibly rude. The one who rang me up made me feel very unwelcome and just uncomfortable in the store. Which is a shame considering that Morphe products, such as the palettes, brushes, and other accessories, are inexpensive and very high quality compared to a lot of higher priced brands. Not to mention, the selection of brushes would make any makeup fan giddy with joy. Overall, was not a fan of these employees. I just walked in for the first time today just to look around and I had a very lovey associate named Vanessa greet me with such a delightful tone and a beautiful smile. Not only was I amazed with how affordable and good quality their products are, but the service there was exceptional! Vanessa took the time to help me pick a brow pencil and even did my eyeshadow to show me the products. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Okay, so before I actually get into detail, I absolutely LOVE Morphe. I love their new foundation and I have multiple pallets from them. But the first time I went in, it took forever for me to get help. There were two girls who saw me looking around by the foundation and just kept talking to each other. Then finally I had to ask someone that was helping someone else that once's she's done could she match me. She was nice. Then after all of that, she sells me on some lashes that "look super natural on". They didn't. So when I went in to return the lashes because they looked absolutely horrible on me and I only wore them once. She said that the lashes were final sale. I was not told this when I bought them. And to quote the receipt "merchandise purchased at any Morphe store may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days when accompanied with a receipt". I went back to return two weeks later. I work at a makeup store. We return a lot and damaged it out. Lashes should be able to be returned. PS. I work in a makeup store as well. I didn't look like it because I was off. We can return anything when it's been used. Just damage it out. read more

I have never been to a Morphe store in my life. I was worried because of the class style of the area they are located but that did not matter. ALL of the folks that work here were above and beyond friendly. I had 2 associates assist me. They helped me pick out things for my daughter. I am not much of a makeup wearer, most because i don't know how. They spentover an hour with me and gave me a make over (1st on ever). They explained all the products they used and also took the time to teach me how to apply everything. I look fotward to going there again. read more
