The intake process felt disorganized and unclear. There were multiple staff involved (including a supervising instructor and a student and others), but communication was indirect and not clearly explained at the start. I was asked for basic information through multiple people instead of being addressed directly, which made the check-in feel awkward and unstructured. None of this was communicated before hand. Facials are quite direct and a comfortable experience for a client. The environment felt uncoordinated and not what I expected based on the booking and messaging beforehand, so I chose to leave and forfeit the deposit.

Bonus- they also have extracurriculars AT the school- dance, gymnastics, soccer, phys ed, spanish class Mrs. Quiyanna the director is stellar- She's very knowledgeable, warm, but also is very much on top of things. She goes the extra mile to make sure that all the children have all they need, staffing ratios are correct, safety is at the forefront, and leads with love. She is humble and hardworking. Mrs. Candace, Mrs. Yolanda, Mrs. Nagwa, Mrs. Sheila, Mrs. Michelle, Mrs. Gina, and Mrs Kim are the staff that have worked with my little one the most so far. All of them are loving, positive, and patient with us as parents. They provide great structure and individualized care in the classroom. They offer a lot of child friendly Biblical teaching and Developmentally appropriate academic skills like colors, shapes, numbers and learning how to cut with child scissors, draw their name, etc. This school was recommended to m and I'm so glad I went with their recommendation. I have given this place 2 chances now and both have been very bad. She left residue on my eyelid (last photo) that i noticed after i left. Came back in to have her remove whatever was left over and i still ended up getting a bad reaction that caused me to have swollen and red eyelids. Second appointment (book Jackie this time hoping for a different outcome) i tell her what happened last time, she assures me she will be more careful. I did not get residue left over or a bad reaction, but my lashes are now super over processed, damaged, and brittle. They are so thin and sparse now I'm devastated. (This did not happen the first time) It was a noticeable difference. The brow lamination also caused my brows to feel very dry. Other than ... I noticed the hair she plucked out !! Why would she take a giant chunk of hair from the inner corner of my brow ?? It was not like that before my appointment and it was immediately like that after. I do want to highlight that our swim instructor was amazing. She was attentive, professional, patient, and communicated well with us throughout the lessons. My child absolutely adored her and, because of her, began feeling much more comfortable and confident in the water. I have nothing but positive things to say about her, and I intentionally won't name her because I don't want this review to negatively reflect on her. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the facility was very disappointing, particularly when it came to communication and organization. The indoor viewing area was extremely stuffy during the summer, which made it very uncomfortable to sit and watch my child's lessons. More importantly, there needs to be a much better system of communication between the front desk and the swim instructors. Our swim lessons were canceled three separate times, and we were not notified until we arrived for the lesson. This was extremely inconvenient for our family and frustrating, especially after making the effort to get our child there. We eventually had to switch to a new instructor, and unfortunately, that lesson was canceled as well. At least this time, we were given one day's notice. As a result, our child went an entire month without swimming lessons. This was especially disappointing because our child had finally started overcoming their fear of the water and becoming comfortable in the pool. To have that progress interrupted for an entire month was very discouraging. I really hope the facility improves its communication system so parents are promptly notified of cancellations, ideally through the app or another reliable method. The instructors may be wonderful, but the lack of communication and coordination makes the overall experience much more difficult for families.
