Unfortunately, after multiple experiences at Miss Kawaii Lashes, I feel like I need to share my experience. I had my lashes done there several times, and every single time I ended up having to go back to have them fixed. My most recent experience was by far the worst. The lashes were extremely uncomfortable, actually painful, and were falling out in chunks. I ended up spending approximately six hours over two days going back and trying to get them corrected. At that point, I decided to go somewhere else. I went to another lash studio, and the difference was incredible. It was a little more expensive, but the experience and quality were absolutely worth it. I understand that things can happen, and I gave Miss Kawaii multiple opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, after repeatedly having the same issue, I can't recommend the service based on my personal experience. Zero stars from me.

My eyes are sensitive either to light or glue so she rinses my lashes after she's done to help from any burning or redness. This last time she applied a different glue & it helped & is so much better

My second experience here is where it all went downhill. I got a dermaplane facial and requested a…read moredermabrasion as well. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

From the moment I laid down, I felt completely relaxed--I honestly didn't want to wake up. She's incredibly gentle (which I really appreciate, since no one likes pain), and my face looked amazing afterward. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and effective. I'll definitely be coming back in about a month for another session. Highly recommend asking for Francesca if you want your skin to look and feel its best!

I'm freaking GLOWING and it's been almost 12 hours since I had my facial. I have had chemical peels, glycolic facials, oxygen treatments, etc. in an effort to undo the un-sunscreened years of my youth. Now that I'm in my 30's I've been trying a variety of skincare lines with some success and I had reached out to Jennifer several weeks ago because I was interested to know if she used Dermalogica products (she does) because I had a baby 9 months ago and that's the only skincare line my hormonal face seems to be able to handle. During the facial I was so relaxed, she walked me through each of the steps and each of the products she was using on me, warned me when something would tingle, and made suggestions when I asked for advice for future steps. When I got home and my husband saw me he even commented that it looked like I had gotten a full night's sleep which is impressive since I haven't had a full night's sleep in MONTHS. I also appreciated that she gave me samples to try at home but I didn't feel pressured to buy any products like other places I've been to have tried to do. I will definitely be making facials a regular priority in my self-care rotation with my new fave esthetician. Thank you again for a great experience Jennifer!
