Called Car experts, explained the situation and asked if they may have put on the wrong brake components and if they have had any similar instances to which they did not seem the least bit concerned stating "your car only has one option (for brakes)"....we don't do calipers. I took it for a road trip and the ride is god-awful and this affects the whole driving experience ....not how it was when I brought it in and not how it felt from the factory. I thought you get what you pay for but with Car Experts you pay more for less. Wish I would have just gone to a dealership, could have saved money and probably got better parts and service. They really wanted to help and eager to but sadly it did not work out. I picked up my car and they comped the diagnostic fee for the trouble. They were super nice and helpful.
