After checking this place's reviews on Yelp we decided to give them a try. We only waited 10 minutes before they were able to get to our car. My battery was supposedly bad and I bought a new one from Auto Zone and they sent me to Quick Change to have it put in for me. The guys took the first one out (it is a process in a Honda) and found out that Auto Zone sent me the wrong battery! They had to immediately put the old one back in so I could go back to Auto Zone! Additionally- they explained I really didn't need a new battery and why. (This saved me $211!) And they had to help me "learn" my van (it is new to me and the top of the line with a lot of gadgets and buttons) and they graciously helped me with smiles! Amazing customer service! They were super friendly on the phone when I called and didn't over charge me for Synthetic Oil like some companies do. Definitely coming back here for my next oil change. The worker I had seemed extremely knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and was very polite with any questions I had. They were also super efficient, they got me in and out of the shop within 15 minutes. In that time they changed my oil, and inspected everything else on my vehicle. I 100% recommend this place. I drove in for an oil change and told them not to put windshield wiper fluid in my car because it's been broke from a car accident I had 3 years ago. He then goes out of his ways and asks politely if I will let me take a look at my problem, I then says it's fine, now granted I've taken it to a mechanic 4 months ago and he said he doesn't see a problem. I forgot this employees name here but he then fixes my problem with no charge!!! And said he just likes to challenge himself to fix things! Went in for oil change. Not sure they put in the oil I requested (Mobile 1) as they brought out in bulk conatiner rather than Mobile 1 containers. Afterwards, I noticed oil leaking from underneath the vehicle, so I took it to another oil change station and they told me that the oil filter had not been tightened and that oil was spilling out around filter. I will not be returning to this service. read more

I wish I could give these guys 50 stars! They where extremely quick and complete they worked with precision like surgeons. They examined every detail double checked each other even when they put back on a cap they confirmed it with another technician as they checked all the fluids ect they also had their flashlights looking for any problems not to try and upswell out just a courtesy they where extremely inexpensive I was blown away. They pointed out a motor problem I had and recommended a service facility they showed me the exact problem it was the most amazing oil change experience. These guys are the best! Fast, friendly, and honest! I used to live right around the corner from here when I started using this place and 4+ years after moving out of Edmond, I STILL drive back into Edmond to come here, even though I hate driving in Edmond! I've tried other places closer to home, but I end up paying substantially more, and feel like the service isn't up to par and the trust isn't there. I asked the guys here doing my oil change to go ahead and change my air filter as I was sure it needed it. They instead, pulled out a clean air filter from my vehicle, let me know I didn't need a new one yet, then put mine back in. I don't know how many other places wouldn't have jumped at the chance to upcharge me and sell me something else. This is the only place where I feel like they don't try to take advantage of me as a customer, and where the mechanic doesn't feel like a trained salesman.
