Asked for text updates, no updates given. Gerber said their texts were bouncing- so then pick up the phone and call. No phone call updates except for the first couple calls. Parts company said that gerber collision won't accept delivery of parts from parts supplier until all the parts are in, and the parts person said that he has thousands of dollars of parts sitting in his warehouse for multiple vehicles being "repaired" by Gerber that they won't accept delivery of until all parts are in, despite getting at least 3 requested supplemental payments from my insurance company over the past two months. When I spoke to gerber they blamed it on the parts supplier, but now, magically "all the parts are being delivered tomorrow" after I raised a stink today? Then gerber tried to blame it on the damage to my car- if they're just accepting delivery of all the parts needed tomorrow and have only disassembled it at this point, and can magically repair it by this Friday how is it that it's because of the extensive damage??? Feel lied to and like I was given the runaround by gerber. Will never, ever, use them again.
