I bought a SUV all wheel drive from them with two sets of different tires on the vehicle. The front tires had dry rotted cracks all over them. I went back to them and they told me the tires past inspection. I took the car to Goodyear to find out the tires had a recall on them. I will be taking the the car to the nys dot now . Terry Morris does not care about safely but maybe they will about nysdot. I will never buy another car from them. read more

I used to think this dealership was a nice small town dealership with integrity. While my family's experience in the past has been satisfactory enough to include 3 vehicle purchases and regular maintenance, we will never return. We were recently quoted a price for service that was HALF of the actual cost. My husband verbally authorized the work based on a phone quote. He paid on the first day of the job once half the work had been done. He then returned on the second day after the job was completed only to be asked to pay roughly the same amount again. He was quoted one price over the phone and then the service department doubled that figure AFTER the work was completed. They claim my husband verbally authorized the higher amount, but my husband absolutely denies this and says the original quote was not given accurately over the phone. In trying to relay our dissatisfaction over the phone, I was told that I didn't need to keep "jawing", because they would make it right. I was subsequently told they would not be doing anything to remedy the problem beyond a very small discount already offered to my husband at the time of final payment. When expressing that we didn't believe we would return in the future due to all this, the manager said he was "sorry I felt that way" while making NO apology for their poor service, said thank you and promptly hung up on me. Quick tip: Make sure to ALWAYS get a written estimate from this dealership and sign the actual document instead of accepting a verbal estimate. I did not buy a car here. But today, my mom's car broke down and she was able to pull into the parking lot here. They not only helped her move it to a safe spot, they allowed an employee to help her get home. I can't speak for their sales, but I can speak to the character of the employees who had nothing to gain from helping my mother, yet did so anyway. I am extremely grateful for the kindness they showed in a moment of stress for my mom. She WILL buy her next car from this dealer. And I will praise them for their act of kindness. read more

I brought my aunt in to service her 2006 Ford Focus which had over 100,000 miles on it. While we were waiting for the car to be serviced we walked around the lot to see if they had any pre-owned cars that were small. We found a beautiful little Ford Focus, a 2016, with 26,000 miles on it. My aunt is on a fixed income just Social Security and a very small pension (around $140 a month) so not really a lot of money to live off of after rent, utilities groceries, doctor bills, prescriptions, car insurance, etc. We told the salesman we didn't have any money to put down on the car, but wanted to keep our payments roughly around $200 a month. That being said, he made it work!! This was on a Saturday, and by Monday she was driving off the lot with a much safer, more reliable automobile, thanks to Morris Ford. Biggest scammers & liars I've ever dealt with,Got the run around for days,was told certain $$ amount for my trade,lied to by salesman Lot Ciccone,have text messages to prove so & phone conversations.Spoke to management team,was acknowledged the deal was a lie,Did not try to make the deal good nor offer NOTHING else.Salesmen tried to buy me off for $1000 at 1st then went to $2000 to keep my mouth shut and not talk about the whole "deal" that was being lied about..Talked with Jim & Brandon manager's and all I got was "I'm sorry"-we know he lied (so the salesmen can lie to you promise you whatever,ditch call backs to & from employers,promise #'s and then say,Nope-no deal) Very poor business ethics,that's why people don't like dealing with salesmen.. text messages & phone conversations don't lie!!! Purchased my daughter a 2013 Passat from Terry Morris Super Lot. Traded her 2009 Honda CRV for a more reliable car for her to take to school in Florida, dickered back and forth on the price which is to be expected settled on a good deal, we thought. There were some issues that needed to be addressed. All seemed fine when we picked up the vehicle. As she was driving it the brakes that were supposed to have been replaced were squeaking and the bumper had not been fixed. Had to drop the vehicle off again for repairs that should have been made prior to pick up. So we are off to Florida, we get on the road and when the car hits 65-70 MPH it starts bumping!! Unfortunately, we had to be in Florida on a certain day or I would have driven it back and left it in their lot. So we bumped along for 1200 miles, my fault for not taking it on the highway prior to our trip? Too trusting I guess that it would run without issues. Now my daughter has a car in Florida that runs like crap and the brakes are squeaking AGAIN!. We did not have time to seek out a garage to make repairs as we were pressed for time. I am going to reach to the school for recommendations for mechanics. I emailed the Sales Manager with no response. Such POOR customer service. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and to not even respond to my email, which I put a read receipt on so I know she read it. read more
