I Called Diane and they were out that same day to determine the problem. As it turned out it had been damaged by the solar panel installer and we didn't realize it until the leak. They sealed it and repaired it even they weren't responsible for it. We had heavy storms and rain that very night and it was sealed perfectly, no leak.
