It's been a few years, but I happened to be going through my records, and it made me angry all over…read moreagain. I hired Miss Swift to help with my divorce. I paid her over $15,000.00. It was a complicated case since there was a corporation, a family business involved. Once I hired her, I never saw her again and worked with Mr. Azimi at the time. Swifts office allowed my ex-husband to terminate me from my own corporation. He cut my paycheck off ! Then he terminated my health insurance , but Swifts office had failed to notify me or give me copies of the two letters from my ex-husband's attorney. My ex-husband's attorney had notified Swifts office that they were terminating my health insurance and were offering a mediocre plan. I have many health issues, so this was very important for me. Swift's office 'never' notified me of the cancellation notices from my ex-husband's attorney. When I went back to the doctor, for a follow up to get my stitches out, they told me I had NO coverage. When I asked Miss Swift in an email, how did they drop the ball on something so important for me? My ex-husband and his attorney were laughing at us when Swift's office finally brought it to their attention...Months had passed. I emailed her because I could not get her on the phone or reply in a email. Instead, I got a reply with no good explanation from Mr. Azimi. The secretary called me to come in and pick up my files. Which I did. I didn't even get an explanation or an apology and no reimbursement. Beware of this attorney!
