This is a long overdue review... I met Katie and shaun while on the hunt for a bridal makeup artist in 2014 for my wedding. I had a fantastic experience and I couldn't have looked better on my wedding day. This wonderful couple made a lasting impression. Fast forward to two kids later. We were outgrowing our home in Norwalk. I wanted a better school district so it was time to house hunt. Our old realtor agent was no longer in the business so we had to look for another one. We all encountered our first record breaking 60 day turning into 90 day escrow process. The sellers are overseas and the agent hand wrote everything. Katie helped us PDF everything into the 21st century so we could complete it on the go. The wait continued... My husband and I honestly were about to throw in the towel. Each time we were supposed to close, there was a delay in move out of previous tenant. Katie always encouraged us to have faith and continue to be hopeful. The day finally came and she gave us the good news that the house was finally our. It was an absolute miracle in the making. After we got the house, Katie, Shaun and their kids planned a beautiful welcome home dinner for us with fun yard signs and a gourmet meal right in our backyard prepared by her chef brother. It meant so much to our family to be just be present and enjoy each others company. Tears of joy and an abundance of appreciation just doesn't seem to describe what their family means to us. The home buying process is this crazy market 2021 is not for the faint of heart. A couple months later, I asked Katie and Shaun to sell my old house. Fortunately, the selling process was much easier. She provided an easy to read spreadsheet with the offers and details. She gave her two cents to help our decision making and got my house so quickly and smoothly. I have been meaning to share my experience with the sell and purchase of our home. If anyone is looking for someone they can trust, it's gonna be my dear friend Katie and Shaun hands down.
