It's nice to hear the almost excitement when she talks about the muscles and how everything works. It just shows how passionate she is about what she does. We have had great conversations while I've been on the table, as well as nice quiet sessions where she digs deep into my aches and pains. She listens and focuses on my needs which is what I appreciate. Lynn is no different. She focuses on my needs, my aches and where it really feels right and needs that extra touch. Unfortunately, her schedule doesn't typically work for me, but when I have a short day I try to schedule with her to get some variety in techniques. Cassie really worked intensely on my back and neck and always did a great job. I was always impressed with her amount of pressure and ability considering she is such a petite woman. I'm not sure where she is, but I'd follow her to her other practice. I have sent many friends over to Rejuvenations, as well as my mom. Everyone has had nothing but a pleasant experience with Lynn and Dale. I've been to several different massage therapists within at 20 mile radius and I am loyal specifically to this place because of these two excellent therapists.

You can either take the stairs or elevator. We were greeted by Jamie and Ami for our couples massage and immediately felt welcomed. Sadly, reception was empty when I arrived and having never been there, I had no idea what to do or where to go. I sat in a waiting area for about 15 minutes but no one appeared. I finally decided to look around for someone but had no luck. My appointment was for 9:30 in the salt cave and I was running out of time. I found it on my own and laid down on one of the beds, but I felt like an intruder and I was very uncomfortable. So, after a while I decided to leave. A quick pit stop to the restroom before heading home revealed what I had been missing: directions on how to use the salt cave. By then it was too late, I was very embarrassed, and I just wanted to leave. I'll post the salt cave directions here for the next confused first timer. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.

I had a scalp massage (super relaxing!) and hair cut with Aryn. It's hard to trust someone the first time, especially with wavy hair, but she did a great job and really listened to what I wanted.
