I received poor customer service as a client and even worse as a former client. After Ann, I interviewed several lawyers before hiring my next attorney. Asked about service level agreements and response times, every single attorney said they would always respond within a day or two at worst, even if it was simply an acknowledgement of the request and a "I'll get back to you on (this) day". Yet Ann continues to be rude and make excuses for terrible customer relations.
