When I visited the store today I saw the deal for a lunchbox with four items and since I had three items I asked the manager on duty if I could check out the sizes of them. She acted like it was a major inconvenience to walk five steps to hand me in to look at. She plopped them on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I encountered her again in another area of the store where my wife was looking at socks in the other side of the counter. She seemed frustrated when I told her I was not ready to check out. Then when it came time to check out my wife asked if she could use her LinkedIn for the medical discount as we have at every UA store, including this one. The manager proceeded to step over from another area to tell us no. We had to use ID Me or a badge ID. My wife tries to get hers to pull up and it wouldn't pull up in the store so I politely asked her if something had changed because we had used LinkedIn if my wife didn't have her badge on her before. She could see that my wife's profile was linked to the hospital which requires an email address from the hospital. She was very rude with her response and tone by saying they have never allowed that in this store. She never once smiled, she never greeted anyone, and was just outright rude. I have no problem if a policy requires something, but you do not have to be rude and confrontational, especially if you are in leadership. Ultimately I'll still shop UA including this one, but if that manager is working I'll happily skip the visit.

I cant remember the mechanic's name that looked at my bike today. But i think it starts with a "J". Anyways, I"ll call him bottom bracket guy. I went afraid i might have to replace my bottom bracket (Expensive replacement) because there was alot of lateral wiggle in it. Another mechanic days earlier at REI, after just explaining the issue, bet it was just loose and may not need replacing. With high hopes of loose, Bottom Bracket Guy put it on the stand, and witha pull this way and a tug that-a-way, he looked at me said..."yup, it loose". And with that, whiped out a magic tool and with a turn this-a-way, and a twist that-a-way, my bottom bracket was fixed and the day was saved!! Some places would've told me it was broke and needed a new one which wouldve broken my bottom bracket!! Anyhow, an estatic thank you and again wonderful, honest service.

Walking in felt like stepping into a place that has completely given up on basic standards. The shelves were disorganized, sizes were missing everywhere, and the overall store looked like nobody bothered to maintain it. Trying to get help was just as frustrating. Employees were either nowhere to be found or seemed totally uninterested in doing their job. When you finally get someone's attention, the help you get is minimal at best. It's honestly shocking how little effort seems to go into customer service here. The prices are also way too high for what you get. A lot of the products look average at best, yet they're priced like top-tier gear. For a store that's supposed to specialize in sports equipment, the experience feels lazy and poorly managed. There are far better places to shop where the store is organized, the staff actually help you, and the prices make sense. After this visit, I have zero reason to ever come back.

When I requested a fitting room, an employee (tag said Noelle) came out of that same fitting room and asked if I needed anymore help. When I entered the room, there was a strong marijuana odor and lingering smoke above. This prompted me to leave my items and exit with my children. Since this employee did not look too far off from my own kids ages, it was very disappointing to see. I already have to deal with children at school negatively influencing my kids. They should have never been exposed to something like that in a public retail store.

Grant remembered my situation from a phone call earlier in the week -- my rehab, my goals after recovery, everything -- and guided me to exactly the right treadmill. Drennen showed up when promised, assembled the machine flawlessly, and gave full effort well past 8 PM. These are two people who clearly take pride in their work, as does the rest of the staff. We had gone in on a Friday night, which was fairly busy, and were able to flag down a very busy sales lady who was stocking shoes. Ashley immediately asked what my wife was looking for, and showed her all women's and men's zippered jackets. After looking at and trying on several Ashley and my wife had found the perfect one. Ashley also went the extra mile to assist with me with downloading and filling out the Nike app. on my phone to save an additional fifteen percent on the already discounted jacket. Ashley W. was also very personable and pleasant to be around and made our trip to the Nike store stress free and memorable. Ashley W. should be commended on her knowledge of the Nike inventory as well as personalized attention given to us.
