Just a few days ago, I visited the airport as I was dropping family off and picking up family at the same time. Navigating into the terminal with a breeze, and I immediately noticed that compared to other years of trying to get to the terminal here. Most of the construction that had been going on for the past 10 years at LaGuardia airport are now complete and it shows!! Getting into the terminals is easy finding a gate while inside the airport is easy and the overall look of this airport has improved 100% Before time I avoided flying into LaGuardia airport just because of all of the chaos and construction that was going on. I never wanted my family to have to sit through that traffic to come pick me up. Now that I know that this construction work is almost to its completion, going forward I may rethink traveling into LaGuardia when flying in to visit family, it simply just might be the better option for me rather than JFK, which currently has tons of construction on going.

It's a f*cking hot mess. People all over the place, getting frustrated, not knowing which way to go; not knowing who to ask; not knowing how to proceed. WHY NOT JUST HAVE A NORMAL CHECK-IN COUNTER/line and stop the madness!?! :( It's no wonder all the JetBlue customer service team are GROUCHY AF and all of them act like they HATE their lives. Zero smiles, zero customer service and no care whatsoever. The JetBlue I knew and loved is LONG GONE...... this process SUCKS. And after wasting almost an hour just to check-in our luggage (yes, the lines were that SLOW) --the so-called "PRIORITY LANE" takes another hour just to go through TSA check.
