We're sure glad we did! They offer a wide range of veggies for your garden. The prices are super reasonable and always cheaper than their competitors. Offer lots of flower options and in my opinion they have the most beautiful geraniums in all of Southwest Michigan!! Get to Panse Greenhouse early in the season because prices are slashed after June 1st on all flowers and vegetables! If you're in the area stop in check out!

The staff offered to come out and cut the tree for me. My tree was drilled, put on the shaker to remove loose needles, and bailed. They tied the tree nicely to the top of my vehicle. Everyone was very pleasant! I'll certainly return next year!

They are the most beautiful and healthy trees I have planted here. I plan to return when I have time to do more serious tree purchasing and planting. I had a much better experience with Prudential than I have had at either of the big name garden centers in this area. Thank you Charlie and staff.

I took their advice not knowing much about buying trees. Charlie came out and planted them. The trees did not make it even one year, they all died. There is NO warranty on their trees it seems. We grew up in a small community like Vicksburg. My wife worked in the Village for 30 years. We chose Prudential over the preferred Nursery that our Condo Association promoted. We made a mistake it seems. That nursery gives a standard one year warranty which would have covered our trees. Only OUR trees died. Very disappointed in this and the fact that Charlie will not talk with us. Lesson learned.

I wasn't sure if the company was still making the material. I spoke w a woman named Lexi. She said she would get back w me. I called again with the square footage of my room and left the information with the woman who answered the phone. I didn't hear back that week and called again on October 23. I was told that the info was in Lexi's email and that Lexi was "on a well deserved vacation" and was off for her sons birthday. I asked when I should call back. The woman told me "like I said Monday the 31st" (FYI..she never said a date. Just said she was off). I called yesterday, November 3, giving Lexi some time to catch up after her vacation. She answered the phone and asked what I needed. So I went through the whole story. She told me she left me a voicemail (if she did, she left it on wrong number, I have no history of a missed call or of a voicemail from her). She told me the material is discontinued. I asked for the name of my product. She didn't want to look it up. But finally did. And I asked her for the company's phone number (I figured they might know where else I could get something like this or mill it for me...because she suggested they may), she said "you can Google it". I said, no, you can give it to me....she hung up on me. I did call back to talk to a manager and was sent to their normal voicemail. It was approximately 8k worth of hard wood that apparently she didn't want to sell me for some reason. I called the manufacturer and was told that in fact this was not discontinued, they re-mill it all of the time and that they have 8,000 square feet in their warehouse. I called 2 other vendors to check prices and "miracle" they found it and quoted me on the phone right then. So run away from this place. Do not use them.
