The employee unfortunately guided us to only two of the 3 places pokemon cards are, so we almost thought we got there too late. We ended up looking around a bit and found 3 of what he was looking for! Overall this Target is clean and well organized but it would be nice if one product didn't have 3 different locations. There weren't many people in the store while we were, but even then all covid precautions were taken. This Target is like twice as big as the one that used to be local to me. If you are looking for a good place to grab a few essentials or even a few knick knacks, this is a decent place to stop.

This is not a Super Target. While they do have some groceries here, they have limited produce and meats, the frozen department is limited and the fresh dairy is also limited. This is the 2nd time I've had terrible service from this location. The 1st time I bought a chest…read morefreezer. It failed, I lost my food and was told it would be with the manufacture, so I called and they sent me a voucher for another freezer. I took it to ABC and some guy named Chris V threw it on his desk (literally) and told me he thought it was a fake and that he would look into it. 3 months later and many phone calls and visits to ABC but still nothing. One day I called asking for Chris and got put on hold again. Usually, I stayed on hold until I finally gave up and hung up after more than 20 minutes of being on hold. This day I stayed on hold and drove to ABC warehouse. Upon arrival, still on hold going on 23 minutes, waiting for Chris to answer I pulled up to the front of the parking lot to find Chris outside smoking a cigarette and chatting on his phone. I walked up and stood there until he got off his phone and acknowledged me. I had to remind him of my situation with the freezer, and he went inside and looked on his desk and then told me he must have lost the voucher. This is now 3 months later, and the company would not send me another one. So, at this point I'm out a freezer and have paid for a warranty that won't replace an object I no longer have. PROBLEM #2: I waited some years after this happened and thought I'd give them another chance. Well, that was a definitely mistake and I'll never shop there again!!! On 6/8/26 I walk in and talked to Kevin P, I told him of my previous experience and I also told him I was having major back surgery on the 24th and that the purchase of this chair was because I would be stuck sleeping in it for about 3 months while recovering from this surgery. Kevin assured me that he would personally make sure I was taken care of. I went ahead and purchased a recliner chair from them paying $921.93 with a delivery of 6/9/2026. On 6/16/2026, my birthday, I went to recline and the chair broke! I went to ABC warehouse with a photo of a seared off screw, a washer, and a spring. I showed the sales guy there and he went and spoke to the manager to see if it could just be replaced and the guy said no! I was not happy, the chair was only a week old, and it broke! I was then instructed to call the warranty #. I went to my truck and called them. They said they were back logged and it would be 30 days before they could get to my house to look at it. WHAT????? I called Kevin at the store, and he informed me that there was nothing he could do and that I was at the mercy of the warranty dept now. "So much for making sure I was taken care of." Panic and anger were filling me up at this point as I wondered how I was going to sleep after my back surgery because I knew I wouldn't just lay down in a bed. The warranty guy calls me back later that day and said they could come look at it on the 24th (the day of my surgery). I was relieved thinking it would be fixed until they texted and said: "Oh, we have to order parts". Then I get a call from Kevin on 6/29/26 saying the parts were ordered. I asked what the ETA was and he told me there wasn't one. I'm sorry but everything has an arrival date. I then received a text on 6/30/26 from the warranty people (7 days after my surgery) saying the parts were being sent to my house and could take up to 45 days to get here. So, today is 7/1/26 and my $921.93 dollar chair still sits here unable for me to use making life completely miserable and painful for me after my back surgery. The people at ABC warehouse (mostly Kevin P) knew the whole purpose of the chair was for my upcoming back surgery and yet I still don't have use of it. I tried waiting for my chair to be fixed but I'm in so much pain and sleep deprived from not having a comfortable place to sit and to sleep since my surgery so I have had to purchase another chair. I went to Amazon, and it is supposed to be here in a couple of days, so I'll finally be able to get some sleep and relief from pain. You should be ashamed of yourselves Battle creek ABC warehouse! This situation with both of my issues could have all been avoided with a simple replacement.
