I wouldn't be surprised if the owner(bud buell) hasn't heard of this accident happening . The only thing I am to blame for is not making a stink about it as soon as it happened And rather than leaving mad, staying right there and calling the owner of the to come figure this out. the mechanic who I suspected doing it, and also the guy who picked up the truck, said "that was like that when we picked it up". I was furious and unable to get anything out of my mouth other than "fuck you" , while looking him in the eyes, knowing damn well that we both know that is not the truth, and walked away. I was personally at the location it was picked up, then checked on the truck later in the afternoon to see where it was parked in the lot. later on that week, truck had gone into the shop had one part fixed, but needed another part to complete the repair so it was put back out into the lot while the part was a couple days out for delivery. The following day I returned to the lot of Southern Vermont Auto to get my clipboard for work out of my truck. Again seeing my truck for the third time undamaged. I didn't notice the damage until I saw the faces of my family members as I pulled in the driveway and walked around the passenger side. When I went to pick the truck up, I had already been informed on the amount owed so I went and paid $500 in cash for transmission cable repairs, got in my truck, entering it from the driver side and drove straight home 2 miles . I took pictures immediately after noticing all the damage which are within minutes of me getting a printed receipt and leaving the shop.. My truck was not simply dinged or ! It was consistently crushed in several inches in depth 12 inches wide and up to 24 inches wide from the front passenger wheel. Well all the way through my back tail light. Front to back. Absolutely scraped and crushed in both broke my handle, crushed my fender and crushed the back bed front to back $10,000 plus worth of damage minimum. I was so behind on my workload and so mind blown at the situation I let weeks and weeks pass not knowing how to handle the situation and also knowing I got screwed over and would never be compensated. My entire investment for the last five years completely destroyed practically in front of my eyes and they say that's how it was? Absolutely unfathomably ridiculous. Tom/William Wright also contacted the Bennington PD and tried to involve them, which they declined. This was over last Summer. Unbeknown to me, my mother went by and talked to Tom a few weeks ago. He shushed her out of the office away from staff and told her he "lost sleep" about this, and indicated that he was willing to talk with me directly. I reached out to Tom, and he responded by email in a calm and reasonable tone, or so I thought. I then promptly heard from his attorney, who not only demanded payment for ruining my Jeep but also submitted an invoice FOR OVER 12 THOUSAND DOLLARS for storage that I never was told about before, nor received any invoices for. He also ordered me not to talk or communicate with his client, Tom. I have asked the lawyer for documents and assurances the Jeep will not be sold (the lawyer said Tom claimed a lien on it) and now he has gone quiet and refuses to answer emails. I hope others can learn from my mistake of trusting this business. They have destroyed my jeep, refused to make it right, hired a lawyer when I tried to negotiate and go into mediation, and now are claiming storage fees nearly the value of the Jeep- probably to run up the cost and justify a lien sale/auction. They now are refusing to even respond to my request to assure that the vehicle will not be sold at auction.

They didn't say hello and barely spoke to me at all, but whatever, I don't go to Tire Warehouse to socialize or chat. Got the new tires but later that day the tire pressure light came on so I checked the tires. Pressure is supposed to be 33 psi. The four were 39, 35, 30, and 21. So none were right. I can only guess they inflated until the bead set and then never adjusted to correct pressure. Happy with the tires and price, but not the service.
