Lets start with the positives, place is clean and the PT's are great, 2 or 3 aides are terrific, the negatives, the rest of the nursing/aide staff have no compassion, my mom would ring the bell so they could help her get dressed and they would take hours to respond (maybe understaffed) and when they arrived it was as if they were doing her a favor, one evening they told my mom that the RN had left, when clearly there must be an RN in the facility at all times, once my mom was in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush so she tried numerous times for it to work and they aide says you don't need to keep flushing I know you are in there, if she thought it was to get her attention why didn't she come in, this aide was hated by every patient I spoke with, I truly hope she ends up in a rehab and gets the same level of treatment, I complained to the head nurse and administrator and nothing changed, I am sure Morse will respond to this with the same bs that patient care is their priority I assure you it is not, read more

I was a patient from April 9 to 24, 2026, recovering from hip surgery. Unfortunately, the service I received was not up to standard. I was constantly awakened for meds, blood work, diabetic testing (4 times a day), and an X-ray of the hip was taken at 11:15 pm the day before discharge, bed sore treatment at 11:30 pm (I don't have bed sores). The housekeeping service was unacceptable. See the pictures below showing the stains around the toilet, the dirty floor, and the shower. It was disgusting! I reported to the Housekeeping Supervisor, and it was improved immediately. The air mattress malfunctioned, and it took 3 days to replace it. I slept in the chair for 3 nights. The food was terrible, and as a result, I lost 6 pounds from not eating. I really looked forward to my family visiting on weekends so we could share meals. The physical and occupational therapy was outstanding; a big shout-out to Darrell, Eric, and Chad for their support and encouragement. I felt confident about leaving the facility and looked forward to continuing PT at home. Unfortunately, Janie Nixon-Harmon, Social Services Mgr, did not make contact with the PT home care service, as indicated on the checkout form and verbally communicated. This was also true of the meal plan service. I spent an hour plus on the phone with my insurance provider setting up the PT service and Meal service. The delay impacts my recovery time frame. PT is delayed for over a week and half. read more

Very high turnover rate and admitting patients is more like a sales job with the manager breathing hot air down your back for the numbers. The company has totally forgotten about their compassion and caring and it's more like a sales job versus nursing. All about profit. Consider going elsewhere. read more

MorseLife has exhibited discriminatory practices against it's CNA staff, and probably others. Also, I observed confused patients wandering floor 2 of Resnick, mostly unattended. Do not send your loved one they are less you want them to die. They doped up my father so bad he could not do any physical therapy they never turned to move. They left him in one position so he developed pneumonia. They never cling to improperly so he acquired a Uti which led to sepsis. He is now fighting for his life in a really good hospital. They let them sit there like a bunch of zombies. Clearly the AIDS are overworked and underpaid. There was only one aid there that we had respect for in the short-term. Rehab her name is Shawn. They treated my father like a home was person. Even? Though he is a decorated World War 2 vet.. . My father went there simply for physical therapy for a slightly fractured pelvis and they basically killed him. Disgusting place food is horrible and when somebody can't eat they don't take the time to spoon feed them. They just let them sit there like garbage. read more

Resnick building and Goldsmith,worse place to work The CNA do everything ,from (ADL) resident to Kitchen and you have to keep asking for your raise ,or they will skip you.My friend left Resnick 3 years with no raise, such a shame. Terrible lack of communication and customer service. They did not have the medicine that my doctor prescribed. I am disgusted.

My mom moved to Morselife Traditions in May. Anthony Gonzalaz was very helpful in helping us navigate the admissions process. Plus he gets to know the residents and is very caring about them and their families. So far things are running smoothly. We are exceptionally pleased with their inhouse doctor Dhana. He gave my mom the best examination she has had in many years. Nursing staff is great as are activities. read more

My father is currently in their hospice care, DO NOT USE THEM. No one answers our calls, the nurse hasn't been here in days although we've been calling and asking for help, and now my Dad is completely out of pain medication (he has late stage Lewy Body Dementia and is in a lot of pain). We've continued to call and ask for refills, for a nurse to visit and for support in understanding this transition during his last days. All we get is a total run around and told that someone will call us back. They even tried to say a nurse had already been here ( we wouldn't be calling if that was true). I thought hospice was supposed to make life easier for the family as they deal with the care and loss of a loved one. This service has been a total nightmare, and we are left watching my dad die with no support or resources that were promised. I would not wish this on anyone else. MorseLife advertises their "gourmet kosher dining", but that is not true. In the end of 2024 they fired their kosher supervisors without informing the residents. Please be warned that MorseLife is NOT kosher. Visitors who are kosher-observant are unable to eat with their parents and grandparents in the dining room. Any potential residents who want proper kosher dining should go somewhere else. MorseLife will have legal problems if they continue to mislead their residents and the public. read more

If I could give MorseLife Rehab in West Palm Beach, Florida a "O", I would. They are absolutely horrible from the top administration to the staff on the floor with the exception of a couple of ladies. My father-in-law entered the facility in September 2024. My husband and I chose the facility based on their fancy ads and promises outlined in their marketing. They looked competent and seemed to care about their patients. We should have known better. Their team put on a show when my father-in-law first entered the facility, but then it went downhill fast. They didn't like that we were present for his care. It irritated them when we gave input about anything. Problem #1 was with a staff member who threw my father-in-law around so much during a changing that we filed an abuse claim. Needless to say, we never received follow-up on that claim. They simply removed this person from his care. Problem #2 - another worker hit his leg on the side of the bed causing blood to run down his leg into his sock. He sent me a photo of him in physical therapy with dried blood running down his leg. They didn't even bother to render aid to him or clean him up. Problem #3 - Despite being told that there would always be a two person assist when moving my father-in-law due to his hip surgery, a very small worker dropped him while moving him by herself in the bathroom. No one called me or my husband. My father-in-law called and told us what happened. He was bruised and in pain, but the more devastating factor was that he was mentally broken and humiliating. This is a 94 year young strong Italian man that had never fallen in his life and was extremely cognitive. Morse Life Rehab center destroyed him. My husband and I immediately filed to have him transferred to another facility and even called Keith Myers, President & CEO of MorseLife. He sent his secretary over to my father-in-law's room to scream at us and threaten us to get out. I had to ask her to leave his room, because she was so erratic that she was upsetting him. At first, she refused to leave but eventually stepped out of the room and continued to berate us and my father-in-law going as far as telling us to "pack his bags and get out." MorseLife is a complete disaster. My father-in-law was taken to a facility where he received genuine care, but it was too late. MorseLife broke him mentally. He gave up. So what was initially short rehab for a minor hip surgery turned out to be the end of his life on October 22, 2024. Stay away from MorseLife. Don't fall for their lies and manipulation in the marketing or pitches by their staff. Yes, I have photos and documentation of everything that happened to my father-in-law. I will not post them publicly because it's simply too devastating to the family. However, I will share privately. MorseLife Rehab should not be in business especially with a scandal-ridden President & CEO like Keith Myers who doesn't care about the patients or staff. Stay far away from MorseLife! read more

We really wanted to like Resnick but it was quickly obvious that there wasn't a reason to. Where to start? The care is meh; it is provided as part of their job. The care was rote and routine. Except for one or two people it is handed out without friendliness or warmth. My mother ran out of medicine and went without it for a few days before she told me and I got involved to order it. They forgot her insulin one night. The night time help is sparse and the response time is long. My mother called twice in the short time she was there and was scolded for doing so. There are no activities besides music and board games. They do nothing to encourage participation so game night ends up being a dud. There are no food options; it's either the given entree or a sandwich. The place, at first, seems nice, but when that wears off you realize that you are in a hospital setting, or a very sparse nursing home. There isn't anything done to make it feel homey. There weren't any turkey decorations or activities planned for Thanksgiving. There were a few Christmas and Hanukah decorations but again, nothing planned on the day. The residents are left to fend for themselves, which is difficult there because the residents aren't very nice. Not sure why everyone was surly, maybe they were all just very unhappy. I truly don't have anything nice to say about Resnick. There is just too much competition in Florida to accept a subpar facility. If your parent is in the least bit active, and needs good care, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

They keep having hiring events stating that they are hiring nurses, HHA's, CNA's etc. Their hiring events makes no sense. These people sacrifice quality workers over quantity and do not want to pay for quality. Imagine you doing home health , no benefits, drive your car over so many miles and as a RN they wanna pay you what a HHA is getting in Florida. Some HHAs make up to $35 an hour and these people want to pay an RN $27 this is an insult. To study to be RN and passing boards in Florida is not a joke. You guys need to respect people's education. If you need quality, be ready to pay for quality. This is the reason why you all keep having back to back hiring events. NO RN WILL WORK FOR NICKELS and DIMES. They were horrible. We used them for my mother. I called on Labor Day weekend and they told me it was a holiday weekend and they don't have staff. I wasn't aware that you could only get sick on weekdays from 8am-4pm. I even called their Rabbi to come say a prayer for my mom as she was about to die. He said I can be there tomorrow. This nursing home is HORRENDOUS, I recommend NEVER sending your family member here unless you truly don't care, have no other means, are going to check on them every single day or you have a private nurse on duty to look after them. I personally witnessed EXTREMELY POOR CARE for my loved one along with their other elderly residents, INCOMPETENT staff in numerous departments and on many levels, UNSANITARY conditions of the facility (rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room), the list goes on. Do not fall for the facade that this is a top-rated nursing home based upon the shining marble floors, landscaped grounds and smiling faces. Pay close attention to all their negative reviews, look up the numerous lawsuits they have against them or have settled, and the fact that they agreed to pay the United States government $1.75 million to resolve its potential liability under the False Claims Act for facilitating COVID-19 vaccinations for hundreds of individuals ineligible to participate in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program (LTC PPP), a program specifically designed to vaccinate long-term care facility (LTCF) residents and staff when doses of COVID-19 vaccine were in limited supply at the beginning of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Program. I would give the Tradition the lowest rating possible. The head Nurse is incompetent and is very uncaring. My mother was double dosed with medication for several days, and then not given her regular blood pressure medication for days as the prescription was not renewed. Residents are constantly sent to the hospital for the slightest reason as they do not want to deal with it. Do not send a loved one to the Tradition. read more

I was at Morse for two months. During this time: No one ever vacuumed the carpet. Bathroom tile was mopped several times a week. Sheets on my bed were never changed. I couldn't walk but seldom did anyone bring me water. Nurses were mixed - some okay, some rude. Night nurses were the worst-shift 11 to 7. They came into my room every night and turned on bright lights, collected (very nosily) trash, sometimes messed around in my bathroom? Why? Woke us when we needed the rest. Talked loudly outside our doors-party time! One therapist was very good, others okay. Doctor was not a good fit-didn't want to spend time or answer questions, always blaming others. Instead of talking to us, he frequently sent someone to tell us. Nurses didn't bring in towels; had to ask. I frequently heard them yelling at other patients. read more

Run, don't walk. This place was "recommended" by JFK Hospital & it makes you wonder why. Once they snow you with how beautiful it is & you see the pics online of marble floors & hear of gourmet dining & world-class staff, you're sold. Once your loved one enters, its a different story. 1. Staff NEVER answers the phone. We had to threaten to call the police to someone at the front desk for them to get someone to pick up the phone, finally when we had enough. 2. Gourmet lunch consists of Chicken Salad Sandwiches & Ravioli with chocolate chip cookies (not gourmet) & one dinner my mom had was quiche. 3. In the 3 wks my mother was there, she called me several times crying that the nurses were mean, hadn't come to change her, after she told one she was wet & left her there for hrs, without tending to her. She was semi-paralyzed at the time from a fall. The "Physical Therapy" consisted of a 1/2 a day & was a joke. If you look this place up online, you'll see law-suits against them for severe improprieties & even 1 woman's death from an infection, after they mishandled her through a doorway & caused her to hit her knee, where it bled & it was infected. Our mother came home with bed-sores, btw. We were never able to reach staff, despite the 1st woman who calls you to get you in the place, telling you about their "team" of nurses, social workers & physical therapists". This place is a fraud & dangerous & I feel sorry for the many helpless unsuspecting old people who end up there that don't have family close enough or sharp enough to realize that this is just a big drain for patient's medicare- they couldn't care less about the vulnerable people in there. The state needs to send people in there & investigate & talk to the patients privately & then the staff. Its a spiritual & financial crime being committed here every day because they are NOT rendering the services that they purport & then once we let them know we were taking my mother out of there early, one of the staff we spoke with about this, got very belligerent & tried to bully us into not having her leave. if you need rehabilitation services this is the best in the world. these people are real professionals. the nursing staff, cnr, p/t/ o/t are in a class by themselves. they sponsor the pace program for seniors on medicaid. they give financial assistance for three assisted living facilities in pbc. their doctors are world class. this was my third time there 2015 lumbar fusion, 2019 right hip replacement and 2020 complications from surgery c1-2. t1-2. i was there almost a month. the director of the pace program and the intake manager will be in my heart for as long as i live. these two women need accolades from the president of morselife. they made my life so easy i still cannot believe it. prior to pace i had companion assistance from the jewish childrens and family services who dropped the ball by just cutting me off because i wasn't making a strong enough effort to find assisted living they never informed me about pace. thank god for these two women from pace who i know worked long and hard to help me. i have no idea from anyone else their experience with pace. ut in my book they are #1. it is unfortunate that the morselife alf and independant living facility are extremely expensive. the rehab facilities are on par with planet fitness. they are restricted by the covid-19 monster. there are over 1000 employees and the horrible world we live in today puts restraints on them. read more

Just horrible. My mother-in-law was transferred to Morselife once the PACE program deemed she needed more hospice services and care. Thinking this was going to be a benefit to her, we agreed. My mother-in-law had stage 3 lung cancer and took a turn that brought her to Morselife. My mother-in-law had dementia and was transferred to Morselife immediately after PACE's doctors assessed her. She was removed from what she knew and since we live out of state, we tried to called Morselife to speak to her. We received a call from one individual about her admittance, but they didn't leave a number. We called the main number a min. 10 times before we finally got an operator to transfer to the nurse station. That didn't seem to matter since they too, don't know how to answer their phone. I left several message, tried several different times of that evening, but since it was after 5pm, it was like no one knew how to answer a phone. My mother-in-law was at Morselife just over 3 weeks. Within those three weeks, trying to get in touch with my mother-in-law was board line impossible. The nurse station either kept ringing and went to voicemail, or the person would just blindly transfer a call to her room in hopes that she picked up. Once again, I am out of state. My mother-in-law was dying. All she wanted to do is sleep and would barley eat. Unless someone went in her room to entice her to wake up to eat, she would not eat, same for sleeping, I told the nurse this. Being out of state, all I have is the phone. Towards the end, since the corona virus happened, they locked down the hospital, leaving the phone as the only option to communicate with loved ones. Calling them is pointless, they don't return phone calls, they just expect you to call back and hound them if you care that much. On March 27th, 2020 at 7:50am, my husband received a phone call that he missed. The voicemail offered no valuable information. The nurse did not clearly state her name NOR DID SHE LEAVE A PHONE NUMBER. Tried the main number, no one wants to answer a phone. He called the main number several times, finally got a person, who transferred to another number that lead to a voicemail with an emergency number. The nurse that answered assumed it had to do with my mother-in-law's transfer to long term hospice. Finally, the nurse manager called him back. Guess what? My mom-in-law passed away. What place makes you jump around several hoops to find out your mom passed? What nurse doesn't leave her phone number; especially to try to notify a loved one that their family member passed? To add the cherry on top, they lost her gold necklaces. When inquiring about next steps, we wanted to find out where her necklaces have gone since the funeral director stated she did not have them on her person. It was on the inventory list when she came to facility. These necklaces never left her body and have survived several assisted living facilities. However, conveniently, she passes and they are no where to be found. Remember, the hospital was on lock down and the only people she saw were hospital workers. They launched an investigation, that the nurse manager said she would reach out to my by the end of the week (April 3rd). She never reached out. I called on April 3rd in the morning, left message. Called in the afternoon, spoke to a nurse that took my information. The nurse manager never called me back. I called today, April 6th. Finally got the nurse manager. Both my husband and I were on the call. Guess what? They couldn't find the necklaces. Why am I not surprised. The kicker, they said they called my husband at admittance to talk about personal belongings. I reminded them how horrible it is to even try to get a person on the phone to discuss anything. They take ZERO responsibility, offer ZERO solutions, they said sorry and that was it. They mentioned that my mother-in-law was thrashing and ripping off her clothes at the end. We are the health care surrogates, why weren't we notified? Why didn't a nurse suggest maybe removing the necklaces then? Communication there sucks!!!! read more

Noone had to give me anything about Morselife. I am an RN and did Private Duty almost daily for two years. I felt as if I belonged to a large family. The facility is exquisite ... It is almost like boarding a Cruise Ship with Staf who are the best in their field. Don't forget , this was everyday for two years I don't miss much. Retention is very important , turnover is normal for every facility but the numbers who stayed far surpassed those who left. There is no chance of becoming bored. Religious services are available. I was secretly I was jealous of those who worked there and their ability to obtain knowledge. I was not paid by Morse there but what I say was never solicited . My take on rehab facilities are not the best. My experience has been that they are unsanitary, uncaring and poorly run. After my triple bypass, I was forced to go to another rehab. That's when I went to Morris Life. From the moment that I arrived, I knew I made the right decision. As the days went on, I realized just how nice and accommodating the staff really were. The food was fantastic, the Dr. for the facility actually listened and eased my angst as well as any pain that I experienced. But the physical rehab. Now, that's something that you have to experience to fully appreciate. The rehab staff were so knowledgeable about the exercises that I needed to do to get me back in shape. There were days that I didn't think I could continue, but they never gave up on me. I am about to go back home after a lengthy stay. I know that the care that I received prepared me for what lies ahead. I couldn't be more thankful for all they did for me. read more

I work at the Levin Palace at MorseLife and have also had personal experience with this organization. My cousin lived at Tradition for five years and has now lived in memory care for over two years. My mother has used our home care nurses and care management, and I have referred many friends and family to our community and services. There are always times where we fall down on the job but for the most part we do an awesome job caring for seniors at every stage of their life. I am proud to work at MorseLife and believe it offers the best overall senior care in the community! read more

Well, I have nothing to compare this facility to, since it was the first time my Mother was in a rehab place. (Broken hip) My reason for giving them one star is that no one EVER returns calls, gives information or helps family to be aware of what is going on with their loved one. Mom has mild dementia and I am her only child and advocate. Every time I tried to get any info on her condition, meds, status, progress, etc., I got sent into endless voicemail loops. Very frustrating, disrespectful, and worrisome especially during pandemic while I could not visit. Try someplace else! Not here! read more

Great activities and great food but if your loved one suffers any behavioral problems as one with dementia will do, he/she is out of there. It happened to my loved one and met others who had the same issue. The aids are wonderful the management very inadequate. Choose another site. read more

Two years ago, when my mom got cancer, Dr. Markle, a geriatric doctor, told me that I should think about giving her quality of life and to think twice before putting my mom through chemo. Dr. Markle is not a specialist and was inferring that I should basically let het died of breast cancer because since she is an Alzheimer patient. Not once did the Dr. say, let's go step by step and consult a cancer specialist before making any decisions (my husband that was in the room said that in that meeting). Then there was the "Social Worker" that continued asking me about my mom's funeral arrangements, during the meeting??? Human Factor out the door. Initially they didn't want to provide my mom with cancer treatment or see a specialist. I had to threaten them by saying that I would report them to Medicare if they didn't get her the care she needed. Morselife dragged their feet for 3 months. After seeing the specialist, it was determined that biopsy would need to be done to verify the mass inside my mom's left breast. The biopsy was made, and the malignant mass was removed in the same procedure and she got a radio therapy treatment for 2 weeks. So, why did they hesitate to grant her medical service she needed. They also manipulated the situation in their favor because they refused to get her neurological attention that we had asked for. In June of this year, my mom was placed in an assisted living facility. During the first week she was found on the one morning in her room and had vomited all over. The facility admin called Morselife/Pace and they notified me of the incident and told me to take her to the Morselife Building for a check up and x-rays. The x-rays showed she had an intestinal blockage, the reason for her severe constipation and vomiting. Knowing she had been vomiting, the staff didn't give an IV or anything. They only gave her medicine for the constipation and send her back to the assisted living facility. In addition, she fell again 2 weeks ago, and hit her head. But this time Morselife/Pace didn't notify me about the incident. The assisted living admin was the one that notified me. They (Morselife/Pace) picked her up for a check up, which I'm still waiting for the results. Two hours later she was back at the assisted living facility. How do you pick some one up take them to your MorseLife facility, document the incident, go through a routine check up, blood pressure etc., x-rays, and have her back in the assisted living in 2 hours? IF YOU LOVE YOUR PARENT, KEEP THEM OUT OF MORSE REHAB! My 90 year old mother is at Morse rehab, and it is terrible! It's a shame to leave this review because Morse Life Traditions, where Mother resides, deserves a five STAR rating, as does MoreLife agency . BOTH ARE EXCELLENT, but vulnerable elders who become residents at Morse Traditions, or memory care may indeed end up at Morse rehab. From what I have heard, rehab at Morse has always needed improving, but due to COVID-19 nurses there have no oversight now, and from what I have seen, in the case of my mother, the nurses take advantage. Nurses know families and care managers are not allowed in, to see elders now! Poor communication with administrative staff about medication has also been an ongoing issue, but even more serious, the 24 hour private aides that I arranged for Mother to have, face continued hostility. Last week , after a false accusation, the nurses tried to block Mother's aide from the building, but I spoke out , so their effort was reversed that same day, but during almost 7 hours, Mom was alone, crying and calling me! After she was blocked, our aide went back to Mother's room to get her things to leave and witnessed my Mother waling around , in he room, with no help! My grandmother has recently been moved to the Memory Care center, and her care has improved tenfold. Before, she was treated just as an anonymous patient, but now she has personalized care and comfort. The nurses are much better, and the food looks great. My grandmother is no longer unhappy there, and thinks of it as "home." read more
