Which I am thankful for because 3 weeks later another house came up that me and my wife fell in love with. After our offer was accepted we started our loan process. I will say Jessica made the whole process extremely easy for us. In fact it was almost too easy. Jessica was very honest, responded to my phone calls/text messages ASAP (even after hours) made me feel at ease, didn't beat around the bush etc. I can most definitely respect the service she gave my family. This was a VERY big commitment for me and my family and I couldn't of asked for a better loan officer. One word to describe Sean and his team "Awesome". This is our 3rd buying experience (in general) but our first with John Hinchey and his team. They are the absolute best. Full communication the whole time - weekends and nights included. They never asked for duplicate items (this tells me they are very organized). They were done with underwriting when they said they would be. John even called when the rates started to creep and said we need to lock now - I am thankful for his insight and honesty with his clients. A great Team to work with, both Dianne and Sean worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. Sean especially was helpful in walking me through the mountain of documentation needed for loan approval and always kept in touch as to where we were in the process.
