If it was up to my teenagers this place would get 5 stars- the burgers are good and fresh, freshly made - you watch the staff assemble them in front of you if you want. They have great iced tea, as well as the usual beverages. I recall when the store opened - there were ques meters long of people wanting to try or for memories of home - that's gone and service is fast efficient and friendly. Definitely my choice for fast food over the Scottish burgers place or it's competitor which are left behind. Try a burger with the novel rice bun. Prices are much the same - but don't expect cheap specials of JUNK food - it's better than that! Still as good as ever ! read more

Konichiwa and welcome to Mos Burger which seems to have a cult-like following for true devotees. You'll notice that while on first glance it looks like your average burger provider, delve a little deeper and take the first bite of your Mos Burger and you'll taste a difference. It isn't much, a subtle difference but a difference non the less. Whatever it is, it works with the chain set to open their second store in Brisbane's CBD in the near future (the signs are up and ready to go). While the burgers are good and don't taste like your run-of-the-mill Golden Arches/Grill'd/Burger Urge, don't come expecting to have the best burger of your life, either. Still, for the novelty factor (and affordability - a burger averages $4.95) they rate ok. I'd recommend the Beef and Salad or Cheese Burger or for something a little more on the edge try the Teriyaki Chicken and Rice burger. read more

Having won over most of Asia with its Asian-style burgers, Mos Burger has at last made it to Australia. Their flagship Sunnybank store is supposedly a test run to see if it's worth rolling out across the country. On my first visit, I tried the MOS Cheese burger with chips and drink - this is usually what I order when I'm at MOS Burger, Hong Kong. Strangely, despite being a fan of Mos Burgers generally -I found the burger disappointing. I'll have to put this down to the wonderful variety of burger joints we have across Brisbane. After all, there's Grilled, Burger Urge and I still go for Hungry Jacks after a night of heavy drinking. So while MOS Burger does not feature in my top five burger venues, they still taste great, service is reasonably quick and the prices are cheap. read more

Having heard from SEVERAL thousand people that MOS burgers are amazing/ delicious/ life changing I was determined to test out the Sunny bank headquarters and see if it lived up to the hype. ...And sadly it did not. Don't get me wrong the service and general look and feel of MOS were pretty cool (The packaging and design is superb.) But the burger fell pretty flat in my amazing-o-meter. I had the wagyu beef, and all I could keep thinking is how similar it tasted to the plastic fantastic cheeseburgers of McDonalds. The only star of the night was the deliciously soft and creamy Matcha (Green Tea) Latte. But while MOS can't really compete with Australian burger staples such as Grill'd. I still think this place is worth a try if you are in the Sunnybank vicinity. read more

I was first introduced to Mos Burger while visiting my brother in Osaka, where he was working. Japan, for all its culinary accomplishments, isn't immune from the greasy burger joint - but Mos Burger isn't that. At first glance its modestly sized hamburgers might not look that different to a McDonald's cheeseburger, but once the touch and taste tests are applied you will notice a world of difference. What makes these unremarkable looking burgers gourmet is the freshness of the ingredients, the care taken in preparing your meal and the availability of a few innovative options, like Mos's signature 'rice-bun'. Their bread rolls have that mass-produced, uniform appearance but are surprisingly good quality and not overly sugary like the buns at the dodgier joints. While they don't match joints like Grilled and Burger Urge for sheer size and rusticity, their fare can be viewed in the context of Japanese Zen Buddhism - simple, uncluttered and ultimately fulfilling. They also do a decent takeaway coffee (even though it is made by an automatic machine that a trained dog could operate). read more

I love a good burger and MOS burger definitely ticks the box for yummy. I was rather heart-broken after realizing I no longer have easy access to a Five Guys burger when I want it. In reality, my heart is probably happier about that. I first ordered the regular MOS burger and was instantly impressed with how it tasted. The burger was packed with all the juicy flavors that one would expect and the crunchy bun added a welcome texture. There are plenty of other interesting burger creations that I would definitely love to try. I would definitely go for a MOS burger over a Big Mac any day. I'm not sure about Five Guys though, a good ol' fashioned American burger is still pretty hard to beat. read more

This place is great! They have a wide selection of burgers available, including wagu beef! They're delicious, and be sure to get a meal set with ice tea- it's sweet and compliments the burgers nicely. My one wish was they had seasoning for their fries- it can seem a little blan competed to the flavoursum burger! read more

A burger bun made out of a rice patty? Could this be the next big thing? Could rice burgers be to the regular burger what sushi is to a regular roll? Apparently not. The idea of having a teriyaki chicken burger encased in a bun of rice sounds exotic until you realise you are just eating chicken and rice. And a very small amount of it at that. When it all boils down, rice is rice and therefore lacks any real flavour and texture. The teriyaki chicken makes up for this as it is packed with flavour, but the actual meat-to-rice ratio is too low to actually count as a substantial meal. I was advised to try the cranberry ice tea, and was glad I did. Similar to bubble tea, it was packed with bite-sized pieces of cranberry jelly and was wonderfully refreshing. The outlet itself is clean, and the staff are well presented in their green outfits (somewhat reminiscent of a certain red and yellow fast food chain). read more

Overall my experience at Mos Burger was amazing! The staff were extremely humble, friendly and really made me feel like a valued customer. I ordered their Wagyu Works burger with large chips and a large green iced tea. I received my Iced tea as soon as I placed my order and it was really refreshing natural (no sugars, freshly made with real green tea). About four minuets after that I received the chips and burger. The burger looked really really good! I almost didn't want to destroy it, it looked that good. When I did come around to eating it, the first bite blew me away! I love burgers and they are usually my first pick when I eat out, so I have eaten a lot of burgers in my life. This Burger would have to be up in my top three! read more

Really love Mos Burger, since having it in Singapore and Japan. Tastes as authentic as in Asia. Unfortunately they got rid of the normal rice burger range which I loved and always came for. I recommend the Mos Burger Burger as the sauce in it is very tasty and unique. Staff are always friendly. read more
