Met an old friend here for quick bite when I was heading back to Austin. Great little spot, not too loud, plenty of TVs for entertainment. We sat at the bar since I did not have much time. The bartender recommended the onion rings to go with my burger and man was she right! I don't usually like large cut onion rings but they were so crispy and went great with the cider. Thanks again Bethany! You make it easy to fall for the bartender:) Great little place and would love to go back next time I'm in town when I have time to try some of the more exotic looking food and drink. Me and my mother came for lunch never come here again my eating utensils where wrapped and dirty the onion rings tasted like they where from the night before the hamburgers were pink not only was the waitress very rude she was not attentive at all and made a big deal over us complaining about the food and we left and we didn't eat at all. read more

My husband and I almost didn't stay when we saw that it was the GRAND OPENING, but soooo glad we did!!!! Had a beer on the patio while we waited for our table...the bagpipe marching band made their way throughout the entire restaurant, and it was very entertaining to all. Fried pickles were delicious (could have been a larger portion), but nonetheless, very tasty and they came out super fast. Husband ordered the Mo's Burger, and he was very pleased with it. Meat was fresh and the sauce was amazing! I had the Mo's Reuben, and it was REALLY good...hot, fresh and lots of flavor! Dinning alone and feel pretty good about that. Waitress is ok.. Not so accommodating to a single guest. Seems I'm taking up a table that could serve more than just lil ole me.. I got eat too sister! Now the food, fresh and tasty but not everything is big in TX. $12 plus for fish and chips is not worth what you get. However, that is not why I rated Mo's a 3, it's the margarita! I ordered a top shelf drink and it is WATER!!!! Worse drink ever!! Stick with the beer! Seems cheap and everyone seems to be drinking them. Will I be back, probably.. Recently visited this location. Tried two of their specialty drinks that were recommended by our server and they both tasted like cough syrup. I ordered the mac and cheese and it was delicious. Comes with chicken and bacon. We also ordered the cookie with the ice cream, but it was extremely undercooked. Had a "liquid" feel of how raw and hot it was. We asked 2 people if we could order and was overlooked for awhile. Staff seems overwhelmed yet they have plenty! We had to ask for everything! My glass was cracked and dirty. What happened to this place since last football season?? Came here every Sunday last year and it was our go to spot. Great service, games on all the TVs and a great atmosphere. Came for the Texans game today and a complete different place. Got here at 12, soccer games on TV, no sound for the Texans, bartenders are slow and disinterested, nobody knows how to change channels, AC is broken. Bartenders playing on their phones by the register. No managers in site at all. Very disappointing place now. read more

Fun, noisy pub environment. I watched a World Cup game here last week with my son's family. Great service. Plenty of flat screens. Outside seating available. Came back today for meatloaf plate. Very disappointing. Cold potatoes, fatty threads in meat and my mouth is still burning from way too much salt. I don't even feel like have a second "cold one". I ate about 1/3 of the meal before I had to stop. Burgers and sandwiches where good on our last visit and the wait staff is great. Just don't order the meatloaf. read more

Been here about 5 times and service and food have been fantastic. I love how the servers help each other. Mgr is on top of things and helps as well. Cheese curds are amazing and a must try. Wife and I split the fish n chips and they brought on 2 plates for no additonal charge. Such a welcome sight for Katy aka home of mediocre restaurants. Oh and Mo's Mule rocks too. I'm only giving two stars because while the server was great, it was the management staff was lacking. I made a reservation for 40ppl, two weeks before the event. I specifically asked to speak to the event coordinator or manager, but was instructed by the hostess that she could take my reservation. I called 1 week prior to the event to confirm, and stated that we wanted a table inside, the hostess confirmed the reservation. The day of the event a co-worker and I came in 3 1/2 hrs prior to the event to drop off a cupcake and balloons. The manager Josh took them and said they would be ready for us. We arrive at 4:30, the GM Justin was completely confused, they didn't have our table set up or any spot reserved for us. They scrambled last minute and set us up outside..in JULY..in HOUSTON, close to the AC vents however since it was such a big party it didn't make a difference. The were able to move us inside, but the only area available was in the dinning room next to family and children, and there were less seats than we requested. The manager did nothing to compensate us for forgetting our reservation and moving our party. I was very disappointed. My company is located right across the street and I don't foresee us coming back for any happy hours in the future. Not to mention when we received the cupcake it looked mangled and like it had been dropped on the floor, along with a tortilla chip used as a candle and lit sticking out of it. read more

We ate on a Saturday afternoon. I had the grilled cheese with bacon, tomato and jalapeño . It was on jalapeño bread. I had them put the raw peppers on the side and not on the sandwich. The bread gives nice heat. It was simply delicious. Excellent! I had the Cobb salad too. It was huge and very good and nicely presented. My draft beer was refreshing and our waitress was very amiable. Great food and service. The French fries were yummy too. read more

Friday, 9/15 was the 2nd time we visited this location, and the 2nd time we received pathetic, if any, service. We waited 10 minutes, on the front side of the bar (where no other patrons were sitting so it was obvious we were there). 3 different bartenders walked by us, no acknowledgement, no "will be right with you", nothing. We sat on patio which was hot. They had fans but couldn't feel any air. There was an air conditioning duct all on patio which was not turned on. We ordered nachos. They were huge all chips no cheese plus they are 20$ for nachos. We weren't offered a half order by waitress even though there is one. Chicken tenders were good. My wife and I stopped here for a late lunch. They have a great menu, and the food was very good quality. The burger was tasty (one of the better I've had in the area), and the fries were fresh cut and tasted great. My wife had the sandwich and soup lunch combo, and it was also great. Prices were good, and they have an extensive selection of draft beers including Guinness. We would highly recommend you give this Pub a try, there are lots of good offerings on the menu, and the service was excellent. read more

Fun place to go for live music, watching a game, hanging out with friends and the food is pretty good too! They even have a party area upstairs for private events or large groups. This place has some really good food. I'm not a fan of the over-priced cheese sauce or the cheeseburger shalayee. No taste there. The grilled chicken sandwich is my favorite. The chicken ceasar salad would be good but the dressing is a bit too fishy. Good burger with buttered buns, and the club sandwich is enough for two. The problem with Mo's is the bar service is very very slow. Sit at a table if you can. Not enough bartenders and they seem to spend alot of time in one place, which is not good with a big round bar. This bar serves the usual pub grub, choices your cardiologist would disapprove, but tasty, comforting and reasonably priced. Beer happy hour is a great deal, 22 choices for $2.22 a beer. It would be a fun, inexpensive way to try out different new beers. The less than perfect rating is b/c it is NOT an Irish pub nor does it have an old world atmosphere, typical of Irish pubs. Just b/c you serve fish sticks with fries doesn't make it Irish. If you are interested in an Irish pub, you might be disappointed. If you want a nice suburban place for socializing and enjoying beers, you will be pleased. read more

This place is overrated. Food is simply overpriced disgusting bar food that makes Chilis taste like a million bucks. We had the sampler platter which had nothing interesting: tortilla chips, cheeseburger egg rolls, quesadillas and sauces. Sadly the best thing was the Mos bbq sauce. My wife had the chicken sandwich w fries. Fries were overcrispy with no flavor. I asked for ranch and noticed I was charged .50 for it on the check and wasnt even told about it. Ridiculous. Happy hour doesnt include any cocktails only beers. Save your time and money and take it to Chilis where at least they don't charge you for ranch. Never going back. Was very disappointed in this place. The food was very very bland and over priced. I got the Sheppard's pie and have to say it was the worst one I have ever had, Baker Street's is 100x better. I ordered a bottle of wine which was $30 but was charged $32 for it! The manager was not very nice and didn't seem to care that the food tasted bad or that I was over charged on wine, that is stealing. Love the locals and the place; i can bring my dog and there are smiles all around. The place is newly opened and staff need more training and focus; food is neither great nor bad. Service was good on a very busy night. Hostess make-up quite scary It is very noisy when full- the tin roof does not help. There is a choice of seating types- high stools/ tables; booths and regular tables. Beer selection is very good but surprised at the dearth of No Label products - the brewery can't be more that 5 miles away. Food was quickly served - particularly so as there were so many customers to satisfy. A few niggles tho: How can they state on the menu that meals come with "Irish Potatoes"- quite obviously a bit of an exaggeration there. My wife had the corn beef and cabbage. The cabbage comprised more stalk than is acceptable making it mostly inedible. Overall a nice experience; a little concerned that the food came to us as promptly as it did- freshly cooked it could not have been - but it was ok even so ( other than the afore mentioned cabbage). We shall return but hope it will be a little less crowded and therefore a tad quieter. Parking : minimum number of disabled parking spots apparently but many regular spots- but again it was busy so we had to drive around for a while and use push chair from a distance. read more
