There was multiple conversations about where the venue. Mostly was to be sure that she was ok with how far the venue is. That was already being put up front. Even on the initial phone conversation. The venue was never being unknown. So have she know? She should have already know rather. If she missed the first time. Then she should have ask before being ok with giving a tasting. Then saying she can't do it because she cannot accommodate due the size of the parties & location of the venue. I don't complain about the foods or the amount of food. I called Chef Lucy to discuss catering a wedding with only two months notice. My experience with her has been excellent! She has been so helpful in making suggestions that have helped guide us toward accomplishing our vision, while helping to keep us within our budget. She has provided us with wonderful cost cutting suggestions which I greatly appreciate. Chef Lucy has responded very quickly to every email and text. It is a tremendous help in planning when someone responds to you quickly. She has gone out of her way and provided a great deal of her time to help us and to guide us. I personally know some of the people who call upon Chef Lucy for their catering needs. This is most impressive as I know these are people who require the highest level of food excellence and service and will settle for nothing less. Chef Lucy has been extremely professional yet friendly and warm at the same time. She has a very giving and caring spirit. I can tell by our conversations that she definitely knows her business! I am a small business owner myself. I fully understand the challenges that every small business owner faces in this ever-changing economy. It is not easy! We've been using Dream Dinners for over two years now. Basically it's like chemistry lab where you…read morego in and assemble food at stations for freezing and cooking later. The food is healthy and tasty, the Pearland staff is excellent, the cost is reasonable - seriously, it costs more for my family to eat at Chick-Fil-A than it does to eat one Dream Dinner. You order by the month - each month the menu changes - and it takes about 2 hours to make your meals. We supplement with pizza and take out on non-Dream Dinners nights. We thaw about three Dream Dinners at a time, take one out when we get home from work and if you can read, you can cook a great meal in about 30 minutes without the hassle or cleanup of preparation. That's roughly how we handle a family of five with two working parents that don't get home until after 6:00pm. The owners of this particular franchise are really friendly and nice and have done a wonderful job hiring their staff. Highly recommend if you're a busy family.
