This young man is growing and have many clients that is very satisfied with his work. Mr. Yazdi not only performed to what our price was he did extra and did not ask for anymore money. This young man is honest and compassionate to those that actually do not have the money to spend but need the work done. He is very knowledgeable in his field and perform top quality work. Actually.. the quality of work he does ...he is not charging enough but some wants hard work done for nothing. He works with his clients to give them the best quality job. My suggestion to those that rate business is to tell the whole truth instead of the partial truth.

But Google states that it's a hazard and is more likely to lead to another gas leak in the line. David also stated that charging me $120 an hour is normal. When both their website and every other hvac and plumbing company states $100 an hour. Did this company feel like ripping me of and putting my life at risk so that I would need to get the gas lines replaced again? I can't say for sure. But if this company changes your gas lines with rusted or spray painted piping then please demand that they use piping that is not old, damaged, rusted or spray painted. I will have a different company look at the work this company did. If they believe that the lines need redone for safety reasons then David will be seeing either a bill from me for the damages or I'll just take his company to court over the matter.

Low experience level, employees look like felons/drug users. Doesn't lay the tonnage paid for. No wonder they want to seal within a year, the guy rolling makes sure you need it after rolling so much it turns the whole lot white with busted aggregate. Laid less tonnage than paid for but there was no + in the +/- 15% contract stipulation. If you want some guys that talk fast and think later, this is your company. Otherwise, hire a company that wasn't started by a security guard with no asphalt experience. read more

A two car garage and storage area slab with connecting drive way and patio. For my project Jeff had Mother Nature for an adversary(Rain, rain and more rain) he handled it like it was normal, I was very impressed(that doesn't come easy) It was recommend that 14 piers 24" dia. X 30" dp. should be installed under the slab. Jeff added 4 extra because he thought the added dirt made him uncomfortable without more stabilization. (no extra charge) There was also a connecting drive way and patio in this project(I asked for) which caused serious drainage issue and he was able to rectify without any problem. There was also a large tree with a huge stump which had to be removed to get the building I wanted. Jeff handled that like he was born to it. I had a carport that needed to be moved in order to accomplish my goal Jeff and crew done a very good job of moving it. They were very careful not to damage it in the process.(Even knowing if it was damaged during the move they would not be held responsible) Jeff is honest, hardworking, and goes the extra mile to meet customer expectations. I would hire him again for any of my dirt work or concrete needs reliable very responsive, quick to give me a bid and Lara kept me well informed when the job would begin. Jeff and the crew were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Cleaned up the area well after the job was done. His prices are fair.
