And most importantly, no compassion for the injured While later a white attorney researched and created a case and won a settlement for the injuries. We had the worst Experience dealing with Justin. I'm only giving 1 star because you have to. It took him 3 years to handle our case. We were kept out of the loop for most of the case and when we called to get information he acted as though we were bothering him. We had a slip and fall case at a major casino caught on video. It took him 3 years to handle the case and a month and a half after the case was settled we called him to check the status and he said the case was over and gave us a check for $200 dollars. read more

I just got off the phone with Justin and If there is anything I appreciate, it's that he will take the time to let you know what you need to do next. Seeing as how fast he called me after settling my case accusing me and my husband of writing a bad review and when I told him I had no knowledge of it he got a bit rude and accusatory. So, he handled my case in about a year and a half. Did not have really any contact with him after the initial meeting to sign papers and tell my story. His receptionists would take my call, take my info, say they would pass along the info then it all died right there. Would never get call backs or anything. I'd call every three or four weeks just to see how things were going, you know get an update. And absolutely nothing. Talk about a nerve-racking 18 months. He got me my settlement, did well in talking down the chiropractor and such. However, it's been a couple months now and I received yet another bill from the fire department (dated 12/15/19) when he should've paid it, since he promised me everyone was paid from my settlement money and what was left, was mine. And yet... I try to call him to question why the fire department wasn't paid... and I get hung up on as soon as they pick up the phone... how interesting. This is the reason for the 1 Star, I'm hoping he'll call me back quicker then if I were to leave another message to be unanswered. read more
