He told us we just needed a snake, even though I told him we've had that done many times and the problem must be bigger. No one called until much later when reception contacted us wondering what ended up happening. I guess the estimator never told them. We contacted Korrect plumbing instead and they have been great. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They gave us our options and got to work as soon as they could. Once they got into the floor, we ended up discovering even bigger problems than we first thought. They were able to adapt and develop solutions.
