However, I started noticing some muscle imbalance issues and pain that needed attention before they became worse. I took the big step and joined as a full client. In my assessment, they looked at my strengths and weaknesses, and wrote me up a plan specific for me and what I needed. The trainers are all amazing. I never feel like I'm just killing myself with the work out... I feel more like little steps that build me into a stronger person. Workouts are easy to schedule, the physical therapist that treat you are both incredible. I tell them they have "healing hands." All the trainers and clients are so friendly.
