On top of that they don't know how to run a business, not professional at all! Took on more customers that they handle and when they are 5 weeks late to show up for their first spraying and you dare to complain, the above mentioned lady screams at you. Is a real shame that a nationwide franchise allows people like that to be represent them in 2023... To everyone who is new to the Fairbanks area and needs mosquito service, please do yourselves a huge favor and invest in a fogger to spray your property yourself. It is more than obvious that these people just hate newcomers (even if military) and cannot handle someone demanding answers... such a joke
