They come out again if you still have bugs, very friendly people come spray. But I go out and play with the kids and we still need bug dope. It worked much better last year not sure if they changed the formula or what but my inlaws are having the same issue. Definitely less bugs than with out the service but still too many bugs.

Took on more customers that they handle and when they are 5 weeks late to show up for their first spraying and you dare to complain, the above mentioned lady screams at you. Is a real shame that a nationwide franchise allows people like that to be represent them in 2023... To everyone who is new to the Fairbanks area and needs mosquito service, please do yourselves a huge favor and invest in a fogger to spray your property yourself. It is more than obvious that these people just hate newcomers (even if military) and cannot handle someone demanding answers... such a joke

This the 3rd year using MA and although we have been satisfied each year Jakes services have been above and beyond. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!!!
