It turns out he has NEVER pulled a permit for ANY of his work, which in turn means the work he or his employees completed has NEVER been verified as done correctly. If he's never pulled a permit in WSFLD he probably hasn't in any other town. If you had work done, please verify he pulled a permit for your home by contacting your building department. I suggest you have your house checked by an independent contractor and then contact the BBB, Attorney General's Office or start a civil court action so you don't end up paying for his failure to following the law with significant water damage you cannot see.
