I put the Ck in the mail the day I got home. He was supposed to come repair the damage and did come and threw a 3 year old temper tantrum over pressure washing that he sad he would do in a text to me, telling me I was a liar ... I sent him a copy of the text ... that really bruised his ego! The work is not professional, the damage when they painted in the rain is being redone, paint all over my windows outside. I have hired a real professional to repaint and clean up the mess they left. While from a human standpoint I feel badly for them, they seem so overwhelmed they can't function and are complaining to anyone who will listen how awful their clients are and how hard life is /they don't understand the idea of taking responsibility for your own actions, they feed off self victimization--let alone what professional work or behavior is (though he will yell at you at the top of his lungs how awesome he is) I have heard from a member of his team, apologizing to me...that says a lot right there!

Unfortunately the guy did get a lot of slop on the side of the walls, but they said don't worry that won't happen next time however he did clean very meticulously and got a lot of the green moss off the roof and everything was wonderful. Their Water Vac dug the trench. Everyone worked well together. The company owner, Drew really knows his stuff with utilities. His wife, Li, knows her stuff, too. They were awesome to work with. He was pleasant and professional. He told us when we should expect the estimate and that arrived as expected. Once we chose our paint color ( we were pleased his business used top of the line paint) he gave us a start/ finish date. On the date set he showed up on time with an assistant who quickly went to work washing and prepping the walls. Once the painting began they stayed late and finished everything in one day. They were able to start our job ahead of the scheduled date and get us back in order in less than 7 days. The guys kept the job clean and safe, they hauled all of the old debris from the removed stairs and made sure to pick up all the building scraps and debris.
