It has plenty of flavor and they air tight pack it so it's going to last. I get it every two weeks for my backpack. I don't go out into the mountains without it. It's a hiking staple for me. They have Jerky, snakcs, sticks, summer sausage ans pemmican. The chicken is just as good as the beef. Don and Mary are at their booth every weekend and they will give you samples until you find one you like. The prices are good and I always get the 4 four $25. It just does not last. If you like the outdoors or if you just like jerky, this is the stuff you should get.
