Anastassia offers variable pace to keep everyone involved and she continuously monitors feedback from the students during the class. In addition she posts on the Facebook page music that is used in the class , which makes easier to practice home after the class. We were told most everything was made in house. I had the apple pie which was delicious, warm, and the crust was flakey and some of the best I've had.
