I've visited a few times now and it's a fun time with friends or for a date night. The games are…read morefun and good for all ages. I think some of the rhythm games could maybe be less loud or maybe more contained since a lot of them are next to one another and it gets hard to hear the game you're playing. A few of them are also difficult since they are in Japanese only, so it'd be nice to have a little guide on how-to-play. Most are pretty intuitive, but some are more difficult to figure out. Our last visit, one of the basketball machines wasn't working and the skee-ball was a little wonky. The 1 vs. 1 games on the 2nd floor were fun as well. We always end with a few games of pinball on our way out. Some of the games you can see the wear-and-tear since my last few visits, so I hope they are doing well enough where they can repair or replace them soon. I don't think I've tried any of their food or drinks, but there's a lot of shops nearby to eat and drink before or after visiting!

And whatever the game count, it goes up by 60 because they have at least 1 multigame rig (packaged in a Ms. Pac-Man cabinet). This combo brings you most, if not all, of the blockbuster titles from the 80s. They also have several rare machines. Last but not least, they THE SINGLE ALL TIME GREATEST COIN-OP SPORTS GAME! ATARI FOOTBALL!! Yeah, it's that much fun...I still have callouses and blisters from rolling that big ass track ball back in 1979! Pinball? Well, this is not a pinball palace, but, they do have about 8 to 10 tables. Great titles including Twilight Zone, Haunted House, and Jaws. In addition to the coin-op games that us Gen-Xers grew up with, they have multiple videogame consoles available. For a bar that offers this many games set on free play, admission is very inexpensive. I'd say that at any given time, 5 to 10 percent of the games are down. Not too bad. Located just up the street from Sofrito Latin Cafe, this place is well worth a few hours of time time. 5 stars!

They do offer discounts if you work at Disney or Universal, etc., they have some snacks as well as the Chinese food next-door to eat as well. We first started doing this in magical midway, but when that felt too rickety and unsafe, we started looking for other parks, and that's when we found fun spot! We would go multiple times a year every year when we were younger and always took advantage of the anniversary ticket prices. I had heard from locals that it's a great local option over the big theme parks. Fun Spot was pretty great, for what it was. Free parking, free admission if you don't plan on riding rides, also a discounted adult pass if you only are going on rides with your kid who is too young to ride alone. The whole place was small, maybe the area of a handful of city blocks. And on the Sunday afternoon when we went, the place was quiet enough that we never waited more than a few minutes to get onto a ride. As we were only there for a couple hours, the cashier recommended the 4 ride pass for my kids, and the companion pass for me. But if one were to spend more hours there, buying the day pass online for $59.95 is quite a bargain. Not all rides were open, but the "big" rides that most kids want (the roller coasters and the go carts) were open. My daughter, who is not a big roller coaster fan, had a harder time finding kiddie rides that she actually wanted to go on, and she watched the go carts and didn't even want to try those with me driving. However, the place was small enough that I felt fine leaving my 10 year old son to go on rides by himself while I went on the Ferris wheel or the merry go round with my 8 year old. There are a bunch of food options available throughout the park. They were definitely more affordable than Disney prices! Most of the places offered souvenir cups with discounted refills, but there were also water stations set up throughout with free cups. I'd definitely come back if I had a few hours to burn and the kids didn't want to go swimming. Hopefully at some point, my daughter will change her mind about roller coasters, though!

The issue wasn't simply that my meal was prepared incorrectly--it was how management handled the situation. I ordered salmon that arrived significantly undercooked. When I sent it back, our server handled the situation professionally and was both courteous and apologetic. However, from our table I observed the manager, Dalton, visibly berating the server while pointing toward us instead of focusing on resolving the issue. No employee should be treated that way for bringing a customer concern to management. When my mother spoke with him directly, rather than acknowledging the problem, he insisted the salmon was properly cooked and suggested the issue was that we hadn't specified how it should be prepared. Salmon should be cooked to a safe temperature unless a guest specifically requests otherwise, and the photos speak for themselves. What should have been a simple correction became an unnecessary argument. Good managers de-escalate situations, support their staff, and prioritize guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. To make matters worse, we never received the Power Card promotion that was supposed to come with the meal. The one bright spot was our waitress, who remained friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to make things right despite the circumstances. She deserved far better support from management than what we witnessed. A restaurant can recover from a kitchen mistake. It's much harder to recover from poor leadership and a refusal to take accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

A second employee gave us new skates without question. After about 45 minutes, my son had a blister the size of a quarter on his foot so went back up to get skates one size bigger. Two suggestions: (1) be proactive and interactive and take a moment to see if the kid's skates work, and (2) retrain the bratty teenager who doesn't really want the skate rental job. In the rink, things were pretty good but you have to watch out for (1) tiny children who don't know how to skate wandering everywhere, and (2) kids racing around like they're Apolo Ohno qualifying for the Olympics.

My son had left his wallet at one of the game stands and no one was able to help him find it. We never got a call from any of the staff regarding anyone finding anything. We also opted to do an escape room which was 4x the price it shouldv'e been considering the room and the puzzle and lack of direction. 10 min for 50$ for a family of 4 and no clues or guidance was definitely not worth it. We didnt even get past the first step because even though we had the right idea and lock code, the lock didnt open.... If someone had been listening or watching I think they shouldve assisted since we had it correct. I stead we just stood around for the remaining 8 minutes... poof, there goes another 50$.
