While I acknowledge that effort, the issue was not about a free drink. It was about how my family was treated from the start. The way my son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren were initially handled was unacceptable and left a lasting impression. Good food does not excuse poor or inconsistent treatment. This experience reflects a need for better communication, consistency, and customer service standards. Because of this, I will not be returning.
