Towels and bedding with hair are a pet peeve of mine. At this location, I found hair in both my beds, on pillowcases, and in towels. Found it on linens in a second room too. Got new sheets directly from a maid cart, still had hair. Maybe I'm overreacting? Really grosses me out though. Also Internet was too slow to be usable. 0.11Mbps.

Can you say GHETTO!? My house needed some repairs and I had to temporarily be displaced for 2 days. Booked this place due to the good reviews on hotel.com and it was a thorough disappointment. The rooms have been remodeled with plastic wood looking floors. The bathroom has also been updated to a nice sink and granite countertops. However, the top cover on the beds have never been washed and has these large stains on them. Ewww. So the first night I sat in bed and watched movies in HBO, tried to sleep at 11pm, but there were people loudly yelling and stomping their feet outside. Tried to sleep again an hour later and there were more drunks shouting. The couple continue to fight and yell until 3:30am. Got no sleep! Next night, it was much quieter, so I went I sleep at 11pm. However, I was waken up by creaky bed noise from the next room and the couple yelling and loudly having sex. The walls were paper thin so I could hear all the dirty talking, cursing and moaning. Again no sleep! Terrible, definitely would not stay here again!

Complained to staff that they probably have bed bugs she denied everything "we have a clean place we don't have that here". My son got bit by something I was there say evening till checkout time on monday. She said my son probably hot bitten at Denny's.lol not in the motel showed her pictures and everything and was still in denial. That place was clean. Housekeeper lady was nice. Wish I would of got the lady's name on mo day morning on Aug 2nd 2021 around 11am in the office. Deginetly would not recommend this place wish we could give 0 stars

Look at floor where bed stand sits, it's very dirtu. This room was not swept this was on floor.

Fist time staying in Chino. I've used other motel 6 around CA. but none have been as dirty as this one. There are cobwebs and spiders on each corner. When I first walked in I knew it hadn't been swept because I saw small pieces of black plastic pieces on the floor. The bathroom toilet had a weird seat on it & no cover, and it wasn't aligned right. Here are some pictures. I mean I don't expect luxury when sleeping at Motel 6, cleanliness is a must.

Hubbers and I figured we get a hotel because we didn't like the idea of the hour and a half drive home... and safety first! It wasn't hard to find. Situated alongside another hotel and are eateries, we thought that was convenient in case we needed grub. Parking is a shared huge lot. We didn't have trouble finding a spot. The main entrance was a simple sliding door. We even assumed it might have been the back entrance since it was so simple - no signs or anything. We walked in a were welcomed by staff immediately. Checking in was easy and we were on the way to our room in no time. I was pleasantly surprised at how big this room is. It came fully equipped with a small kitchen along with utensils and anything needed to make a meal. (We had no use for it, but it's kinda cool it's there!) The entire floor was clean - bathroom included. Not once single clutter! Two downsides, though: 1) The AC unit was a bit noisy - it made teenee clunking sounds. 2) They didn't give us Bonvoy points because we booked through a third party (Expedia) not directly through them. I don't see why that matters, it doesn't change the fact we still stayed there. That irked Hubbers a little bit. The stay came with a complimentary breakfast. Nothing bangin', they had the usual: scrambled eggs, bread, bagels, coffee, juice, ham, oatmeal. Just something to sustain you and start your day. Otherwise, good run. I'd keep them in mind should I find myself around this 'hood in need of accommodations in the future.

I was waiting for my friend and this dude walks by I guess he was staying here since he went inside the hotel. So he walked by car I had my door open. He walks by my door all close like and I'm just like "hey what's up" . My tone was friendly. He comes back and says asking about "having a gun pulled on me" and saying "it's different when you do" and I'm like wait the f*** and he starts walking back to his SUV. And I get out the car and I started recording him. No I didn't run up on the guy although there are people I know out there who would. Like you just don't say something like that randomly to a stranger in today's times. So I recorded him leaving and captured his license plate. I then decide to notify the hotel here as a warning to them and potentially any guests that stay here. So I walk up to the front desk, and I speak to a gentleman, wanting to speak to a manager. A girl comes out with her team including the guy. I think she was the guest Services assistant manager or whatever. When I proceed to tell the story, the guy just snickered like it was humorous to him. She had to tell the guy "you're not supposed to laugh." He immediately straightened up and her co workers did as well but the fact that she had to tell them to act professional when something serious like this happening. She took control and I sent her the email with his photos. But I think some of their staff needs to have some sensitivity training on how to respond and react to things like this. Granted they were all young probably in their early 20s and they had their young office vibe going on, but still, let's keep it professional. The parking lot is public and I get they don't have control over that, but if he's a guest at the hotel then that's on them to be vigilant. The manager said she would keep a look out, although she never responded confirming my email when I sent her photos of his car and him. You just never know with people. But after that encounter, their team and maybe even herself included all might to go through some re training.

My condition is not something i like to talk about to anyone especially people i don't know. Nevertheless, i advise strangers of what my SERVICE ANIMAL does for me. But this hotel made it quite clear over the last three occasions that they were not interested in facilitating me. I am a disabled veteran of the Persian Gulf War. I served in the United States government for over 25 years; this is a complete insult to me. I was embarrassed and disappointed. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not recommend this hotel. We will be calling corporate and further actions related to violation of the Disability Act. This is completely unacceptable.
